A day in the life of me!

There are two types of secrets. There are the ones you keep to protect your self-interest And there are the emotional secrets, which you keep because they might break a social taboo that you have with your friends or followers.

We have come to expect “untruths”  from every public forum, starting with the guests on TV chat shows, and ending with hoaxes on Twitter. Social media has made it so easy to blend our lives with others.  The way you present yourself online can be a pretty telling expression of your identity, who you really are and this is why some people choose to keep their social media presence hidden. “Sometimes I want to put content out into the world without necessarily letting just anyone see me”. I don’t want to be left feeling vulnerable. ” If that makes any sense.

I know, there is so much information overload that most people are confused as to where to start.  This is what I eat and how my day pretty much goes. I have to say  If you constantly feed your body crap then you are making it susceptible to inflammation, virus’s and disease. I want to help you become successful in your healthy journey by applying the empowering techniques many of my blogs have to offer. This article has been written by a person who has had real struggles with a hypothyroidism but has worked through them. I am going to “keep it real” with you.

I am on a  path to help you, lead you and inform you through this terrible illness. Being diagnosed with hypothyroidism isn’t just here take this pill and it will fix your issues. Hypothyroidism has a root cause. Once you start addressing the root of your problems then your body can start healing itself. Your body is an awesome design but there is a complex balance between everything. It’s a domino affect. If you have something in your body that is overworked  it will cause a major shift in your body. Don’t worry the good news is it can be healed. I hope this  Article of me sharing a life in the day of me might help you.

Thyroid medication with 24oz of lemon water

Lemons – While lemons are acidic, once in the body they are alkaline-forming, helping balance the body’s pH levels. Packed with vitamin C, lemons can help fight off infections and illness while detoxifying the liver. Additionally, vitamin C may help to neutralize free radicals to help fight aging. Flavonoids, aka Vitamin P, may strengthen blood vessels and combat high blood pressure. A compound called limonene may even combat cancer. Lemons may even aid in breathing at high altitudes (Edmund Hillary, the first may to climb Mt. Everest, attributed some of his success to consuming lemons!).

I also add 1 tablespoon of black strap molasses.

Black strap Molasses- is a sweet source of a powerhouse punch of nutrition. It’s such a fantastic source of iron, many doctors recommend a tablespoon a day stirred into hot water for those with anemia or related disorders. Blackstrap molasses has  a high amount of magnesium. Magnesium helps your skin look  healthy by fighting eczema, acne and wrinkles; and prevents hair loss and nail breakage. The rich iron content of it c can replace some of the iron levels naturally lost through menstruation, while its calcium content may have an even greater effect. Just imagine a natural PMS fighter! Blackstrap molasses can also gently relieve constipation and who  doesnt need help in that area sometimes? It helps your bones become stronger with it high levels of  magnesium and calcium (along with Vitamin D). Helps to relieve stress and anxiety by given you a boost of  Vitamin B6 will raises serotonin levels in the brain. Lowers Blood Pressure and its even low on the GI scale scoring below 55!

Dry Brushing
Listen up my fellow ladies: The benefits of dry skin brushing are freaking fabulous! It Increases the circulation to the skin and reduced the appearance of cellulite. Helps your skin to absorb nutrients by eliminating clogged pores, boost circulation, stimulate the lymph nodes and improve digestion.

Jump on my rebounder for 45 minutes

Rebounding is a super gentle exercise that reduces your body fat; firms your legs, thighs, abdomen, arms, and hips; increases your agility; and improves your sense of balance. It will strengthen your overall muscles and provide an easy aerobic effect on your heart. Along with having excellent detox and immune building benefits it helps the lymphatic system get rid of that metabolic garbage build up which can be dead and cancerous cells, nitrogenous wastes, infectious viruses and heavy metals. With all this being said why are you not rebounding?
