12 Weird Things Women Do to Their Vaginas

Having a vagina is like having to carry around a high maintenance model who is very temperamental. You always are worried about what materials you put on her. What styles look best and she always has to have the best clothing. You have to be careful with cutting her hair. You have to be sure to take her to the doctor each year for a check up. You can’t just shove things in her, but sometimes you have no choice.  I’ve spent years inspecting my vagina from every possible angle and she still leaves me guessing, “Okay, what’s next?”   Have you ever taken a look at your own “personal space” A lot of women never do, and that’s so strange to me. So far, I’ve mastered  to predict my menstrual cycle to a reasonable degree of accuracy. It still baffles me that I am  supposed to go about my day and do all of your things without being distracted by the sensation of liquid leaving your body and that the fact that I am shedding the entire lining of my uterus . Men really have no clue what we women go through unless they are a OBGYN doctor.  I’m still trying to figure everything else out.  Also, the fact it’s so elastic. It stretches to accommodate squeezing out a baby, and yet in most cases, it has no trouble contracting back to its original size.  Our vaginas are very talented in the sense that she is very musical . She likes to queef and I can’t get her to stop. No reason to be alarmed  queefing is  only air trapped in the vagina but during yoga, sex or just walking around can be a bit much. Clearly I can’t be the only person left on this planet that feels a little perplexed by her attitude to be in complete control all the time.  On a more serious note. let’s get down to the nitty-gritty.

The truth is The vagina comes in all shapes and sizes.

Vagina’s are naturally wet, for the most part. That’s just part of the our ordeal. Normal vaginal discharge is a self-cleaning method. (No reason to be alarmed there)  Another question.  Why is it so taboo to call a vagina, a vagina? Why do people have to pick different nick names instead of calling it what it is for instance personal space ,snatch, vajayjay, coochie, lucy, cootie-cat, hoo-ha, lady parts, beaver, punani, love taco , twat and I could go on and on with a ton of more nick names.

It all starts with puberty. The moment we see that 1st hair. We are so excited and why?! We have no clue of the things ahead of us.  We start to become very smelly from head to toe. It is  normal and healthy for you to have some vaginal odor. However, strong vaginal odor can be the result of douching, excessive washing, wearing clothes that are too tight and certain chemicals in your soaps, bacterial growth, yeast infections, poor hygiene, hormonal changes, and  or sexually transmitted diseases. This strong odor can become embarrassing.

If you have symptoms like redness, itching, burning and irritation in the vaginal area that can be a  problem is due to infection. For example, a fishy odor can be caused by bacterial vaginosis. Your OBGYN can perform tests to see what is the underlying problem of your odor.  Even if, you OBGYN gives her a clean bill of health  but yet you still are experiencing  vaginal odor which is very embarrassing. Don’t be alarmed, there are many natural remedies to help treat the odor.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

(brought to you by Top Ten Home remedies)

Due to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties, apple cider vinegar can be used to fight vaginal odor. In fact, taking a bath with apple cider vinegar is one of the simplest ways to get rid of the bad odor. This will help fight off the toxins and bacteria that cause vaginal odor. It will also help restore the acidic quality of the vaginal flora.

  • Mix two cups of apple cider vinegar in warm bath water. Soak in it for about 20 minutes. Follow this remedy several times a week to get quick results.
  • You can also drink a glass of water mixed with one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily.

2. Baking Soda

Baking soda is another ingredient that can be used to balance the pH level in your body. When the pH level is in balance, the problem of vaginal odor will dissipate.

  1. Add one-half cup of baking soda to your bathwater.
  2. Soak your lower body in it for about 20 minutes.
  3. Dry yourself thoroughly with a clean towel. This remedy will help fight a yeast infection and can help get rid of odor quickly.

3. Yogurt

Another good ingredient that can be used to treat vaginal odor is yogurt. Yogurt is rich in lactobacillus bacteria, which help fight candida infection (one of the most common causes of vaginal odor) and restore the normal vaginal pH level. Once the pH level is balanced, the vaginal odor will be gone.

  • Eat two cups of unsweetened, plain yogurt daily. You can also take probiotic supplements.
  • Another option is to soak a all natural tampon in plain yogurt and insert it into your body. Leave it in for a few hours, and rinse the area thoroughly after removing the tampon.
  • Another option is to freeze yogurt in a long ice cube where you can insert it in your vagina and allow it to melt.

4. White Vinegar

White vinegar has the power to neutralize odors by breaking down odor proteins. A white vinegar rinse will help eliminate vaginal odor. It will also help restore pH levels in the vagina.

  1. Mix one-half cup each of white vinegar and salt in lukewarm bath water.
  2. Soak in it for a few minutes.
  3. Follow this remedy several times a week.

5. Garlic

Garlic is a natural antibiotic that can be great for dealing with vaginal infections as well as vaginal odor. The antifungal properties present in garlic will help fight a yeast infection and help your body get rid of bad bacteria.

  • Eat garlic in raw or cooked form on a daily basis. You can eat one or two raw garlic cloves on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water. You can also add garlic cloves or its paste to your dishes and salads.
  • Another option is to put a piece of garlic in the vagina for an hour or two. Do this daily or a few times a week until you get rid of the problem.

Additional Tips

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins and harmful bacteria from the body. It will also help ward off a variety of health issues.
  • Avoid refined carbohydrates, caffeine and sugary drinks; sugar stimulates yeast production.
  • Check for possible signs of infection that could be causing this problem.
  • Maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Wear 100 percent cotton panties that allow air circulation and help keep the vulva ventilated, thus avoiding excessive perspiration.
  • Change pads, tampons, and panty-liners frequently.
  • Avoid using scented products down there as they may contribute to unbalanced vaginal pH.
  • If the problem mostly occurs after intercourse then simply wash the vagina with mild soap and water after sex.
  • Practice safe sex.
  • At times, women simply do not like the normal vaginal odor caused by vaginal secretions. However, there is nothing bad about it, you just need to respect your body and embrace your natural odor.

Weird things women do their Vagina

Written by ECOSALON

1. You can steam it
Yep, vaginal steaming is a thing. You apparently pick out herbs – you know, like you do for asparagus – that help to detox and heal any vaginal imbalances. But how exactly do you know if you’re walking around with an imbalanced vagina?

2. You can knit with it
This is not a drill.

3. You can keep it cool
There’s underwear that works as central air for your vag to keep it from overheating – the technology apparently reduces your down-there temperature by three degrees. Not sure, but your boyfriend’s peen might have to wear a light jacket the next time you fool around.

4. You can buy it a hat
The Vaj-J Visor is a little hat that protects your vagina while shaving, waxing or tanning. It comes in a wide variety of colors – because if your visor clashed with your razor, that would be weird.

5. You can dye it
This might be taking the whole carpet-and-drapes thing with a Fun Betty kit.

6. You can whiten it
According to women who clearly spend too much time studying their vaginas, it’s better for your vagina to be as pale as a creepy china doll: Vaginal whitening is all the rage in places like Thailand and India, where you essentially bleach your lady bits and make them look so pale they practically glow in the dark.

7. You can keep it minty fresh
I wish I was joking, but unfortunately vaginal mints do exist (otherwise known as a yeast infection waiting to happen).

8. You can give it injections
Fillers aren’t just for your face anymore: Women are injecting collagen into their cooch to inflate their g-spot, making it super sensitive to sexual stimulation. You know what else inflates your g-spot? A guy who knows what he’s doing.

9. You can give it a makeover
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation runs for between $4,000 and $20,000 and aims to make a woman’s vagina tighter than a vice-grip – you know, to make up for years of promiscuity and super-size vibrators. There’s also a more budget friendly option: “Wanna Be Tight” Vaginal Shrink Gel. I wanna be drunk.

10. You can decorate it
Like the college guy hanging out at a high school party, vajazzling is still around – especially useful if your guy is distracted by shiny things.

11. You can remodel it
If you’re looking for a new pair of drapes, a labiaplasty will give your otherwise floppy, uneven vaginal opening a more proportioned, feminine look… for $5,000 or more.

12. You can give it a facial
Vajacials (vagina facials) are a 50-minute beauty “essential” where your nether regions are plucked, cleansed, moisturized and covered in a fruit-flavored mask. Because in order to have good sex, you have to smell like a scented candle.

13. If you think Your Vagina is Too Loose
Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation is a trademarked phrase that refers to a practice developed and popularized by Dr. David Matlock, who’s made several appearances on the E! channel’s plastic surgery reality show, Dr.90210. Matlock and other doctors who carry out LVR claim that the $4,000 to $20,000 procedure makes women’s vaginas tighter, thus increasing sexual pleasure.

But many doctors disagree. The American Urogynocology Society won’t endorse it. And the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists cautioned in a 2007 statement that women seeking “designer vaginas” should be “informed about the lack of data supporting the efficacy of these procedures and their potential complications, including infection, altered sensation, dyspareunia, adhesions, and scarring.” Sexy!

14. If you think  Your Vagina is Ugly
Labiaplasty drastically reduces the labia, the protruding lips that surround the opening of the vagina. Why would you want to do this? Because your labia are  “unequal,” “elongated,” “large,” “irregular,” “floppy,” and “unfeminine.” These are just some of the unflattering adjectives bandied about on the Web sites of surgeons who offer this procedure. Luckily, with the use of lasers and scalpels, your vagina can be made “prettier,” “better proportioned,” “youthful,” and achieve “the true Playboy aesthetic look.” How much will it cost you to make your labia proportional and feminine? About $5,000 or more.

In this book, I have done an intensive job of investigative work where you will learn the current profit environment in the many aspects of the American healthcare industry, the Food Industry, and the Chemical industry. This is not only currently harmful to us but for future generations to come.

You will also learn how Americans deliberately are Being Poisoned for Profit and perhaps finally be able to see the Price Tag Stapled to our ears. We are just disposable pawns in their game of chess.

The industry for profit over people is mean, nasty, greedy, and sinister. Everything I feared is true.

There is a war raging against humanity and our earth.  We have been passively indoctrinated and so utterly pre-programmed that we do not ask the questions that need to ask. We have laid our trust completely in those in power or someone with a title behind their name. People conditioned blindly believing in things simply because enough people assured us it was true. Infectious diseases have been irradiated but chronic diseases are the new black plague of our modern time. This book is profoundly personal as it represents a mission brimming with meaning.  As I reflect on extraordinary truths about our nation’s health history, current, and future, I also offer you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Chemicals Absorbed Through The Vagina Are A Hidden Source of Toxins That Can Trigger Autoimmunity

85% of Tampons, Pads and Other Feminine Care Products Contaminated with Monsanto’s Cancer-Causing, Endocrine-Disrupting Glyphosate

Did you know that the vagina is an absorbent organ?

Did you know that the vagina is an absorbent organ? “The vagina is a mucus membrane and organic tampons and pads seem to be the latest trend. Chemophobia has sweep over the feminine hygiene aisle and it’s a multi-billion dollar organic industry. The U.S. organic market is big business with over $43.3 billion in sales in 2015.

No only is your overall health and well-being affected by what foods you consume but it’s also affected by stress, environmental endocrine disrupting chemical’s (EDC), lotions and potions you apply to your body,  medications and many other factors.

Most of the pads and tampons on the market have been bleached with chlorine and the cotton has been sprayed with a Pesticide-residue. Chlorine leads to a toxic byproduct called dioxin, which is linked to cancer as it’s a known carcinogen and endometriosis. Dioxin can also be found in the air, water, and ground. Let me not fail to mention the toxic heavy metal dyes that could be on the on the cord of your tampon.

The FDA oversees tampons and considers them a class II medical device (some pregnancy test kits and contact lenses are also considered class II medical devices). There are three classes of medical devices—class I, class II, and class III—and class I devices are considered the lowest risk (dental floss is a class I device, for example). Class II devices are higher-risk than class I and “require greater regulatory controls to provide reasonable assurance of the device’s safety and effectiveness,” the FDA says, noting that condoms are classified as Class II devices.

If you’re already on the organic, eating clean and pesticide free, band wagon: inserting unnecessary chemicals in your vagina should spark some sort of interest.

As I further investigate, I’ve found that Organic tampons are not entirely pesticide-free.  The crops are sprayed with a insecticide application.

The FDA considers cotton as a food crop even if its going to be used for textile purposes. Code of Federal Regulations: Title 21: Food and Drugs, Part 172 that “cottonseed products may be used for human consumption.”

There are many products used by women that have Both BPA and phthalates in them such as odor control items, soaps, body washes, douches, pre-moistened wipes, towelettes,  powders and deodorant sprays. What do all these daily used items have in common? They all are “endocrine disruptors.” Endocrine disruptors are the nasty little chemicals that interfere with the body’s endocrine system and produce adverse developmental, reproductive, neurological, and immune destroying side effects.

Are organic tampons necessarily better than the “traditional” non-organic ones you’ve been using since you started menstruating?  The FDA’s regulations are the same regardless if it’s organic or conventional tampons/pads and they both have same level of absorbency. If the tampons you’re using has a plastic applicator it will contain phthalates in that plastic so why not use a tampon that has a non plastic applicator?  If you find that you have a burning sensation or itchy when using conventional  tampons that can be caused by an allergic reactions to the fragrances; why not switch to a fragrance free brand?  If you want to completely eliminate all soaps, perfumes and fragrances that are used in most brands, find a brand that doesn’t have any of these things in them even if its going to a organic brand. No need to worry about  Toxic Shock Syndrome  which is a rare, life-threatening bacterial condition that were linked to super absorbency tampons, and the FDA has stopped manufacturers from making those anyways. There is such a thing called Toxic Shock Sydrome and you should change out your tampons every two hours never ever leave them in longer than 8 or you will have a chance of getting TSS.  Since the late 1990’s they are now using a type of   chlorine-free bleaching process for all tampons organic or conventional  but even with that process a small level of the dioxin hazard can be even found  in all tampons even 100% cotton ones.

My take on all of this is; it’s really a personal decision. If you are still bombarding your body with these over the counter Endocrine disruptors that women use in everyday products whats the use of trying to use organic tampons and pads? If you are making your own products, clean eating and are aware of the things that you stick in your body and on your body then YES, Organic tampons and pads could be the new route for you to consider.  I’ve found some organic pads at Target the other day for the same price as the name brand pads that I’ve been using ( $6.99). I grabbed a pack and I like them.

One or two big arrows will kill you just like a thousand tiny ones.

There are period alternatives for people who prefer not using pads or tampons.

Period panties, menstrual cups, sea sponges, washable reusable Cloth Pads and Beppy Sponges.

Typically we take for granted the safety of cotton products such as gauze, bandages, swabs, pads, wipes — and even feminine products, like tampons and sanitary pads. But a 2015 Argentinian study should give us pause for thought.

As it turns out, researchers from the University of La Plata found that a vast majority of these products contain glyphosate, the main ingredient in Monsanto’s wildly popular Roundup herbicide and the same chemical that’s considered a “probable carcinogen” by the World Health Organization.

If that’s not enough to get your attention, glyphosate is also associated with IQ loss/intellectual disability, autism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, obesity (both child and adult), diabetes, infertility and cardiovascular disease. Needless to say, this isn’t the kind of chemical you want absorbed by wounds, or worse, through the vagina.

“Chemicals absorbed through the vagina are easily and effectively distributed throughout the body, without being metabolized. for example, when estrogenic drugs are administered vaginally, the resulting systemic levels of the drug in the body can be 10-80 times higher than when the very same dose is given orally.” [source]

Not only did the research team find 85 percent of the cotton products tested positive for glyphosate, but also discovered that 62 percent of the samples contained AMPA (or aminomethylphosphonic acid) — an environmental metabolite of glyphosate, which is potentially 1,000 times more toxic once inside the body.

However, the numbers were higher for some of the products. Says lead researcher Dr. Damian Marino:

“Eighty-five percent of all samples tested positive for glyphosate and 62 percent for AMPA, which is the environmental metabolite, but in the case of cotton and sterile cotton gauze the figure was 100 percent.”

All the samples — gauze, swabs, wipes and feminine care products — were purchased in the La Plata area from local pharmacies and supermarkets.

Video: Ladies, Study Says You Might Be Putting Glyphosate-Tainted Tampons in Your Vagina

“It might not be the most popular thing to discuss, but we probably should. I admit I chose this title on purpose to catch your attention, but now that I have it, have you ever considered that the majority of cotton (in the U.S. anyway) is genetically modified, and as such, it might be tainted with cancer-causing, endocrine-disrupting, infertility-promoting glyphosate?” [source]

Dr. Medardo Avila Vazquez, president of the congress, draws attention to the fact that most cotton production is now genetically modified, where Roundup “is sprayed when the bud is open and the glyphosate is condensed and goes straight into the product.”

In the U.S. alone, farmers sprayed an astonishing 2.6 billion pounds of the herbicide over agricultural land between 1992 and 2012. The chemical not only contaminates crops like cotton — but also the soil, air and waterways.

Gambling With Women’s Health

This isn’t the first time feminine care products have come under fire for unregulated safety issues. According to Women’s Voices for the Earth, health hazards include:

Tampons: Toxic ingredients: dioxins and furans (from the chlorine bleaching process), pesticide residues and unknown fragrance chemicals. Exposure concerns: cancer, reproductive harm, endocrine disruption and allergic rash.

Pads: Toxic ingredients: dioxins and furans, pesticide residues, unknown fragrance chemicals and adhesive chemicals such as methyldibromo glutaronitrile. Exposure concerns: cancer, reproductive harm and endocrine disruption. Studies link pad use to allergic rash.

Feminine Wipes: Toxic ingredients: methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, parabens, quaternium-15, dmdm Hydantoin and unknown fragrance chemicals. Exposure concerns: cancer and endocrine disruption, allergic rash.

Feminine Wash: Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals, parabens, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, dmdm Hydantoin, d&c red no.33, ext d&c violet #2, and fd&c yellow #5. Exposure concerns: endocrine disruption, allergic rash, and asthma.

Douche: Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals and the spermicide octoxynol-9. Studies link douche use to bacterial vaginosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical cancer, low-birth weight, preterm birth, HIV transmission, sexually transmitted diseases, ectopic pregnancy, chronic yeast infections, and infertility.

Feminine deodorant (sprays , powders and suppositories): Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals, parabens, and benzethonium chloride. Exposure concerns: reproductive harm, endocrine disruption and allergic rash.

Feminine anti-itch creams: Toxic ingredients: may include unknown fragrance chemicals, parabens, methylisothiazolinone and an active ingredient, benzocaine, a mild anesthetic. Exposure concerns: endocrine disruption, allergic rash, and unresolved itch.

Thankfully, safer options are available in organic cotton and innovations like the silicone menstrual cup. Natural creams, soaps, wipes and washes are also a possibility. But until the toxicity of feminine care products becomes common knowledge, women around the world will continue to be put at serious risk.

There is enormous power within our government, religion, politicians, corporations, the media, and the 1% elite idealists in our world. Yes, the scientists and researchers are creating but the reality is the money behind them is paving the way. This Week in Poisoning Humanity: State Bill Outlaws Use Of Fetuses In Food Industry

I can understand the argument that if you didn’t know, you just didn’t know. Once you find out the truth and continue to participate in this venture. This is when you are quietly giving them the green light that it is okay for this to continue.

There is was a bill introduced back in 2012 wanting to ban the use of fetal cells in food and drinks.

Did you read that correctly?

Yes, many processed foods contain fetal cells. To participate, even unknowingly, still leaves us doing UNGodly things. You must do your research if it’s man made to know exactly what you are putting into your body.

A scientist holds a tray of stem cells in a lab, in this file photo from 2010.

A bill introduced in the Oklahoma Legislature has some folks scratching their heads, as it prohibits “the manufacture or sale of food or products which use aborted human fetuses.”

Since the bill was introduced late last week by State Sen. Ralph Shortey, a Republican from Oklahoma City, corners of the Internet have been buzzing with the news, as people try to figure out two things: 1) is this real; and 2) is there any reason the bill might be needed?

News of the bill was first reported by the AP and The Daily O’Collegian, a student newspaper at Oklahoma State University. It sparked a lively debate in the O’Collegian’s readers’ comments section, which is connected to Facebook.

The AP and the O’Collegian say that Shortey didn’t respond to calls for comment. Two calls from NPR to the senator’s office went to voicemail and were not returned. But Tulsa radio station KRMG managed to get in touch with him to ask about the legislation, Senate Bill 1418.

The senator says that his research shows there are companies in the food industry that have used human stem cells to help them research and develop products, including artificial flavorings.

“I don’t know if it is happening in Oklahoma, it may be, it may not be. What I am saying is that if it does happen then we are not going to allow it to manufacture here,” Shortey tells KRMG’s Nicole Burgin.

To that end, his proposed statute reads, “No person or entity shall manufacture or knowingly sell food or any other product intended for human consumption which contains aborted human fetuses in the ingredients or which used aborted human fetuses in the research or development of any of the ingredients.”

My own research suggests that Shortey may have noticed a boycott directed at PepsiCo, which since 2010 has worked with flavor research firm Senomyx to develop sweeteners and other flavorings.

Based in San Diego, Senomyx has been accused of using proteins derived from human embryonic kidney cells in its research, which has been used by many large food companies. An article in the Miami New Times summarizes those claims, notes the company’s denial of them — and also notes that in 2003, the company filed a patent for “recombinant methods for expressing a functional sweet taste receptor.”

That patent, for what is essentially an automated taste test, was granted in 2008. It mentions HEK 293, or Human Embryonic Kidney 293, a widely available cell line that was originally cultured in the early 1970s from a human embryo in the Netherlands.

So, it seems that Sen. Shortey’s bill mostly targets the potential use of stem cells in food research. But in the past decade, several attempts have been made to use animal stem cells to produce food. For instance, NASA has tinkered with using pigs’ stem cells to grow “lab meat,” according to a Popular Mechanics article from 2009.

The article continues, “Today, scientists funded by companies such as Stegeman, a Dutch sausage giant, are fine-tuning the process. It takes just two weeks to turn pig stem cells, or myoblasts, into muscle fibers.”

And the group New Harvest has long been involved in the search for “meat alternatives,” in the form of “plant-based meat analogs and cultured meat,” according to its site.

Shortey’s bill was among hundreds submitted just before the state’s Thursday deadline, as Oklahoma legislators vied to get their bills entered for discussion in the upcoming session, which runs from Feb. 6 into late May.

Thanks to NPR Southern Bureau Chief Russell Lewis and KOSU’s Rachel Hubbard for flagging the story.

There is enormous power within our government, religion, politicians, corporations, the media, and the 1% elite idealists in our world. Yes, the scientists and researchers are creating but the reality is the money behind them is paving the way. The funding behind the research is not always truthful and the data effectively influenced to benefit the funding party.

If you are able, please share this around the world. there is strength in unity!

We must stop the atrocities if we want to become a healthier nation in the future. We must stop the atrocities if we want the human race to survive. I hope my voice and advocacy will continue to help lead the way and this book will make changes for current and future generations to come. No, I simply do not have all the answers but I have written plenty in this book to make you start questioning EVERYTHING.

What you are about to discover is terrifying.
