Celebrate #WorldChocolateDay2021 with these delicious Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies – a classic!
1 c blanched almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
4 tbsp grass-fed butter, at room temperature (sub coconut oil if dairy-free)
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and in a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and combine well. Drop the dough onto a cookie sheet in balls of about a tablespoon and bake for 10-12 minutes. Top with some coarse grain sea salt and try your best to wait until they cool.
