1 c. almonds
1 c. pecans
1 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 c. flax seeds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 tbsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Mix together wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients and toss to coat. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown.
