Do you suffer from chemical sensitivity?

The condition refers to the non-specific symptoms individuals experience after exposure to chemical, biological, or physical agents.

Common symptoms may include:

– headache
– fatigue
– dizziness
– nausea
– itching or emergent skin conditions
– congestion or sore throat
– chest pain
– breathing problems
– Muscle pain or stiffness
– digestive issues
– confusion or memory problems
– mood changes

🔱Treatment for chemical sensitivity is a multi-pronged approach.

First, you must remove the offensive substances. This could be plastics, fragrances, medications, or additives in food. If you don’t know what is causing your reaction starting a detox is the next step.

Removing chemicals and toxins from the body is important for treating chemical sensitivities but can also help you uncover the culprit. Detoxing can take a number of forms and it’s essential that you do so in a safe and effective manner.

How is it that someone can eat a nutrient dense, whole food diet, get plenty of sleep, get regular exercise, sunshine, and manage their stress; and yet, still struggle with fatigue, brain fog, chronic pain, digestive issues, and all sorts of other debilitating symptoms?

One word…. TOXINS!! ☠️

WE LIVE IN THE MOST TOXIC TIME IN HUMAN HISTORY

Humans have never been more sick, tired, and overweight than we are right now.

Almost 100,000 man-made chemicals have been released into the environment since World War II.

Only 5 to 10% of these chemicals have ever been tested for human safety and there have been NO research studies done to see the synergistic effect these chemicals have when combined.

The dogma that we’ve been told for the past few decades is that these chemicals are in such small amounts that they won’t hurt us.

THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE!!! 🚫

Many of these chemicals and heavy metals bioaccumulate in our tissues and stay there until we actively get them out. We have an epidemic of chronic disease in the world today. Diseases that used to be relegated to just the elderly are now showing up in our children. We are seeing new diseases that we’ve never seen before. We definitely have an environmental problem.

Our bodies are a miraculous, self-healing organism and was equipped with mechanisms in place to deal with toxins. However, even the best detoxifiers cannot keep up with the number of toxins that we encounter on a daily basis.

It’s not all gloom and doom as there are definitely ways to get these toxins out of our bodies. Some things we don’t have any control over like the outside air, but many things we can control in order to improve our body’s chance at being healthy.

I’m going to be doing a series to discuss some simple ways that you can reduce you’re toxic load.Next up… What are these toxins and where are they found?

Have you ever thought about toxins contributing to your health issues??

There is a war raging against humanity and our earth.  We have been passively indoctrinated and so utterly pre-programmed that we do not ask the questions that need to ask. We have laid our trust completely in those in power or someone with a title behind their name. People conditioned blindly believing in things simply because enough people assured us it was true. Infectious diseases have been irradiated but chronic diseases are the new black plague of our modern time. This book is profoundly personal as it represents a mission brimming with meaning.  As I reflect on extraordinary truths about our nation’s health history, current, and future, I also offer you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. We must stop the atrocities if we want to become a healthier nation in the future. We must stop the atrocities if we want the human race to survive. I hope my voice and advocacy will continue to help lead the way and this book will make changes for current and future generations to come. No, I simply do not have all the answers but I have written plenty in this book to make you start questioning EVERYTHING.

What you are about to discover is terrifying.

Please follow along with me on this journey of discovery as I share with you my brush of madness with exquisite clarity. Luckily, I was never a quick fix-it junkie where I said no to many suggestions from board certified or certifiable doctors because I felt it in my soul that it was merely a banaide being placed on my issues. The names of certain doctors have been changed because frankly, I don’t want to be sued for proven their lack in their field.

Hippocrates was right when he said: Let they food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.
