Writing This BOOK Put a Target on my Back

By writing this book, I probably put a target on my back and will certainly encounter a deep well of resentment from many sides of the spectrum.

It is criminal and dare I say genocide what the food industry is doing to us. The FDA sits backs and allows this to happen.  Our bodies are now a chemical dumping ground for the food industry and we need to wake up! These chemicals mimic our very own hormones and start to rearrange our bodies ‘ chemistry.  We are not asking enough questions and not demanding change therefore, we are allowing our very own toxic environment to be created, both external and internal, which none of us will be able to escape.

With all of Monsanto’s biochemical wizardry, one would think that they could find another way to create pesticides besides dumping estrogen-mimicking carcinogens onto the world’s food supply. Next on their agenda is artificial meat and it may be the “meat of the future”, maybe the only meat?

The pure stupidity and lack of basic human compassion involved in all of this illness and moneymaking are astounding. It is very important to understand that we have ended up in this mess for many reasons. Some of these people do believe they are doing what is best for humanity then you have the ones who simply do not give a damn how they are ultimately destroying what it is to be human and you certainly should never underestimate how low these people will go to gain profit off our health dismay. Americans are just in one big petri dish that seems to be poisoned, and controlled like lab rats.

It is very frustrating when you have doctors and scientists who try to help their patients and the government bureaucracies, private and secretive foundations who do everything in their power to block the science. They are sabotaging us deliberately and the real research controlled.

Accidents seem created more intentionally to murder people who are speaking out where it looks like a plausibly deniable manner – it is just a standard operating procedure for the Our Military Intelligence complex. When you start speaking out and against what is happening you become the Enemy of the State.

The ones controlling the narrative will do anything to discredit, dismantle, and destroy anything or anyone who begins to stand in their way. There are higher powers that are controlling the narrative and they are brainwashing all of us. This whole thing seems a bit sick and twisted. These people need to own and control every aspect of our lives. Anything that goes into your body or on your body they want to control.  Every thought, every breath, every bite of fake food, medication, vaccine, environmental chemicals, household chemicals, and fluoridated water. They have pulled the wool over our eyes to blind us from the truth. We have been guinea pigs for the entire industry far too long. Our fabric of what it means to be human appears torn at the core.

Our society systematically learned social conditioning while passively adjusting to indoctrination that they seem too randomly if ever think out of the box.

Congress, large corporations that donate funding, the power elite, insurance companies, big pharma, and our lobbyist all play a major part.  We are in a baseball game, where we the American people are in the last inning of the World Series, and we are up one run but all of their bases loaded with the other team. The American people are like the pitcher on the mound. We are stuck in classic doubt. We seem to be saying to ourselves,” Can I make this Pitch?”

Due to outrageous political influences on medicine and government policy, the vast majority of patients will not be able to receive the correct diagnoses. Correct diagnosis is vital in obtaining the correct treatment too.

Marketing, misconceptions, miss-information, “buying doctors”, outright lies and even conspiracy by pharmaceutical companies throughout the world have led to the unsuspecting public taking billions of pills that do not help us and may even harm us.

High blood pressure, high cholesterol, premenstrual syndrome, ADD/ADHD, pre-diabetes, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, hormone replacement, and other “diseases” are really “symptoms, not diseases.” So how did they get to be diseases and produce billions of dollars in drug sales to treat them?

How does that happen? Doctors, medical schools, clinical journals, and even the FDA employees are all dependent on pharmaceutical company dollars and that leads to journal articles that are “ghost-written” by big pharma employees, sent to physicians who “assume” that they are true and disseminated by pharma reps whose considerable income and continued employment depend on convincing doctors to write more of their product.

Just in the last few hundred years what we call modern medication has become a reality for us. You see nutrition history came to life within the context of World Wars, Famines, Politics, and individuals dedicated to saving lives but the idea of nutritional theorizing began, like most everything, with the ancient Greeks. Hippocrates (ca. 460 BCE–370 BCE) is often credited with developing the theory of the four senses of humor—blood, yellow bile, black bile, and phlegm—and their influence on the body. Galen’s understanding of anatomy and medicine influenced primarily by Hippocrates’s theory of bodily humor in the second century CE, in which these teachings lasted for centuries. Most of us seem educated by certain facts from our doctors, scientists, pharmaceutical researchers, our government, and other organizations that have gathered and created data that presented to us throughout our lives to convince us that what we see is truthful.

We all are going to die. There is no way to achieve immortality. However, if you take effort to improve your health by eating clean food, drinking clean water, also by doing detox cleansing to remove the many thousands of toxins we are exposed to in our modern society then you will be able to optimize your health and be more resistant to any kind of disease.  Our body has the ability to heal any attack but what is missing from the narrative is we have to actually take care of our body. We cannot continually put poison in our body and think it will be ok. We must be aware of what we are eating. They say, “You are what you eat”. That is true in every aspect of the phrase.  We must stop putting these poisons in our body where we can recognize our full health potentials.

After becoming critically ill with a “so-called” long-term condition. I healed myself with research, knowledge, and courage (induced by our toxic food, metal loaded toxic vaccines, a chemically enhanced water system, and current “health” care system practice); it has become even more important to me to spread the word about how dispensable we are to our capitalistic culture.

We should not be startled when we see a decline in our health because it is completely predictable with all the manipulations with viruses being made to our DNA. Besides the fake foods, toxic medications, and the poisons that are in our environment along with the crap we slather on our body.

We can always place the blame of our demise at the feet of those who are guilty but somewhere, somehow we must take the responsibility.  Sure, we trusted those who were supposed to be trusted. The deep fake state establishment cares zero about the well-being of the American people. We are just animals with price tags stapled to our ears. You can be the smartest person in the room but still, people will not listen. Humans are undermining their very own existence.

If we do not find a balance between the conservation of nature and the flourishing of humans, there will not be a future on this earth for us. We have taken nature for granted and so arrogantly at that.  I have spent a lot of time making small changes in my life over the last few years to try to avoid chemicals that these large companies expose us to increase their profits. This book opened my eyes to so much more than what I had already researched on my own. I have listed many resources, books to read, and videos in this book for you to seek more education. Never take anyone’s word for granted.  You must find the truth yourself.  This book has been extensively researched and referenced.

I am not here to argue with an unbeliever or persuade anyone to agree with my hypothesis but the truth appears written not only by me but also by other people.  Many will have a difference of opinion but that does not mean we all will have a difference of principle.

So, what happens when we become sick?

We need treatments, medications, and procedures. Which all of these add to that price tag stapled to our ears. That hidden barcode on our forehead.

There once was a land where happiness, health & prosperity flourished. People lived with the earth. The earth flourished and so did the humans who lived on it.

The Connection between Food and Autoimmune disorders

Your body’s immune response is a marvelous defense system. It protects against foreign invaders, injury, and infection through a complex communication system between your body’s cells and the chemical signals they produce. If you have an healthy immune system, this communication is clear and specific; the body can tell the difference between a foreigner and itself.

An autoimmune disease is any condition where a person’s immune system has a abnormal immune response and mistakenly attacks along with damaging its own bodily tissues.  This leaves the immune response is flawed, and the communication system breaks down where it can’t distinguish the body’s tissues from foreign cells.

Close to 24 million (7%) people in the United States are affected by an autoimmune disease and scientists have identified more than 80 clinically distinct autoimmune diseases.

Autoimmunity is the No. 2 cause of chronic illness, according to the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA), a nonprofit health agency dedicated to increasing awareness of autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases can affect nearly every part of the body.

There was a study done by  The Multiple Autoimmune Disease Genetics Consortium (MADGC) in 1999. In this study, they describe a unique collection of 65 families comprising 300-400 individuals.  To qualify, a family must have at least two of the eight autoimmune diseases chosen for the study.  These core diseases include rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), type 1 diabetes (T1D), multiple sclerosis (MS), autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto thyroiditis or Graves disease), juvenile RA, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn disease or ulcerative colitis), psoriasis, and primary Sjögren syndrome. The main objective was to see if they could identify genes that several autoimmune diseases have in common.

The researchers followed these families around for 5 years and taking detailed histories through mailings and office visits, researchers hope to get some idea of pertinent environmental factors, and which ones appear to be most relevant to which genetic profiles. Factors likely to be scrutinized include infectious and noninfectious agents, drugs, vaccines, food, dietary supplements, organic solvents, ultraviolet light, stress and stressful life events, and occupational exposures.  They found there was a common between autoimmunity and inflammation that couldn’t be ignored. Inflammation helped to set the stage per say for everything else to fall into place. You certainly dont have to study tens and tens of thousands of people to see an association with an environmental factors.

So, what is the connection between Food and Autoimmunity. There is this big lie that we have all got stuck in and we are not looking at the most obvious solution.

All of this abuse on our bodies is disrupting our body’s normal rhythms and being able to function properly.  There is scientific evidence available that support the effectiveness of the AIP diet in the management and treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Food is thy medicine, right?
Actually, it can work one of two ways. Food can be thy medicine or food can be thy death. Food affects your gut health and along with increasing or decreasing the inflammation in your body. Unfortunately, our western world diet is full of foods that have a bad impact on both your gut, inflammation and immunity. The truth is the foods that we are consuming are creating an epidemic of illness in America.  We are actually nutrient starved and very malnourished.  American’s are suffering from over consumption of refined oils, refined grains and these processed food like food products. The typical American Standard diet lacks nutrients that are absolutely essential for good health.

Your gut is your portal to health. It houses 80 percent of your immune system, and without your gut being healthy it is practically impossible to have a healthy immune system.  A properly working digestive system (your gut) is vital to your health.

Did you know that your gut is the largest component of your immune system? Around 1,000 different species of bugs live in your gut. Your gut has been linked to contributing to weight loss and for overall improvement of numerous symptoms, including depression, anxiety, brain fog, skin problems, hormonal issues, immune weaknesses, digestive problems, fatigue and of course the elephant in the room; Autoimmune disorders.

Inflammation is one of the common traits of an autoimmune disease. You must eliminate the foods that may be causing inflammation in the gut.

Think about what you’re putting in your body. Either you’re fighting disease or feeding disease. You must get a concept of nutrient density.  Gluten, dairy and soy products create inflammation in the digestive tract. If you have inflammation in the digestive system undigested proteins leak into the blood stream creating a heightened immune reaction that often makes issues worse and can lead to a leaky gut which causes other problems.

The autoimmune protocol (AIP) diet is designed to help reduce inflammation in the body to relieve symptoms of autoimmune disorders. The AIP diet is also based on a belief that autoimmune conditions are caused by a “leaky gut”, which is medically now referred to as altered intestinal permeability. Which is when undigested proteins leak into the blood stream creating a heightened immune reaction.

We are all individuals and each one of us are unique with our own metabolic and nutrition efficiency needs. There are many different AIP diets and many wonderful books to purchase or you could merely do you own research online.

The Keto AIP-

Foods to potentially avoid include grains, soy, lectins,  legumes, dairy, all processed foods, refined sugars, fake sugars, industrial seed oils, eggs, nuts, seeds, nightshade vegetables, gum, alternative sweetener, emulsifiers, and food thickeners.  It focuses on keeping your blood sugar in check along with clean eating, low GI fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, hormone- free high quality meats.

(I am currently following the Keto Autoimmune Protocol)

The Keto Autoimmune Protocol Healing Book for Women: Strengthen Your Immunity, Fight Inflammation and Love Your Incredible Body

The paleo Diet-

Foods to potentially avoid include grains, legumes, dairy, processed foods, refined sugars, industrial seed oils, eggs, nuts, seeds, nightshade vegetables, gum, alternative sweetener, emulsifiers, and food thickeners.

The anti-inflammatory diet-

This is much similar to the Mediterranean diet. it focuses only anti-inflammatory foods like fish, olive oils, fruits, vegetables, legumes,  nuts and seeds.

A plant-based diet-

This diet is plant based. It focuses strongly on vegetables, fruits, nuts , seeds, healthy oils, legumes and beans.

A glute-free diet-

Gluten is found in grains such as wheat, barley, rye, and a cross between wheat and rye.  It focuses on avoiding gluten which is found in many foods.

They all  have common threads, specific dietary changes need to be tailored to the person. There is no one size fits all.  Life isn’t a 1 size fits all solution.  Each one of us are unique and we are biochemically individually wired and what works for one person may not work for another. We are extremely complex and each person should be valued independently. My reason for having a leaky gut, inflammation and an autoimmune disorder might not be your reason. Each day we encounter is different for each of us. Every Cell in your body responds to the foods you eat, the products you put on your body to the house hold chemicals that you purchase for your home. No matter which one you decide to try

By eating nutrient-rich foods and avoiding inflammatory ones, the AIP diet aims to heal any holes in the gut.
Resets the immune system
Prevent the autoimmune response
Reduce symptoms of autoimmune diseases
Prevent the occurrence of secondary autoimmune diseases
People who do the AIP diet should follow it strictly for a few weeks and then slowly reintroduce foods that they have avoided.
The idea is to see if there is a reaction when the food is reintroduced. If there is a reaction, the suggestion is that a person should exclude this food from their diet long-term.

Breaking the Body Fat Code: Why Some of Us Are Fatter in Certain Area’s, More Than others. Here’s Your Answer!

weightlosswar

Have you ever wondered why people respond differently to diets?

In the last fifty years what has changed in our society? We have the same predisposition genetics as our grandparents.  We are unique and come in all different shapes and sizes.

We can’t blame is all on genetics being unhealthy solely on the DNA that was passed down to us. Everyone’s genetic makeup is different. It’s like your fingerprints.

I was always the tall, skinny, flat chested , flat butt girl in school. I remember being plagued at school for being too skinny. Having no shape. While other school mates were well endowed with large boobs, hippy hips and a nice rounder booty.   Our metabolisms certainly dictate how we use energy and our genetics can dictate how we are shaped but what has started to interests me more-so lately is  why we store fat on certain areas of our bodies when others don’t.

These questions have confused and frustrated people and health care practitioners for decades. But why is it so confusing? One thing we have learned is each of us are unique and have our very own biochemistry that sets us apart from everyone else. Although we might share the same common traits and perhaps the same overlapping metabolic tendencies. We can’t continue to say that one-size-fits-all when it comes to our very own unique body chemistry.  There are over 7 billion people on this planet and we come in all different shapes, colors and sizes. With this being said wouldn’t  you think the one-size-fits-all- approach to losing weight wouldn’t work since we are  we are all unique.

Why is it that one person can eat all they want and never gain an inch, while someone else gains weight just looking at food? The fact is some people are wired to simply burn fat better than others. There are sneaky little things in your body that can halt your weight loss success.

Where you store your body fat isn’t a topic most of us women like to discuss but I feel it is one that will enlighten you and help you more on your journey to a better healthier you.

Every cell in our body responds to the foods we eat, the products we put on our bodies and the household chemicals that we come in contact with every day. Although some of us were born with the predisposition genetics as our parents that gives us our hair color, eye color, height and if we are pear shaped, apple shaped, straight or hourglass this doesn’t mean we can’t win the battle when it comes to our hormones. Our hormones have a direct impact on every major system in our body.  Remember our bodies love balance. Everything has a domino affect so we have to try to figure-out that balance in what our individual body needs are. Whether it be the more fiber , fixing our gut, helping our skin get more moisture, speeding up our metabolism so we can get out of that fat storage mode and into the fat burning mode.

After researching many hours on this topic, I’ve found that where your body stores fat is hint to what is going on with you internally with your hormones. As our hormone levels change with age, pregnancy, exercise, eating habits, or other life events, fat adjusts itself to our every changing hormonal events and places itself in different area’s in our body.  Our hormones have a direct impact on how much body fat we store and where it is stored on our bodies.  Wouldn’t it be wonderful to know what approach to take to fix those thunder thighs or that muffin top?   Now even with this information its just a stepping stone of knowledge to better equip you a healthier you. So what exactly does it mean to have fat stored in certain area’s of your body and not others?

Love handles/belly:  Love handles often means that you are way to stressed out and when your stressed out it raises your cortisol levels.  it could also be a indicator that you might have adrenal fatigue.  Cortisol adds fat around my mid-section. You are eating to much sugar where you become insulin resistant. If your body is in  constant elevated levels of insulin (a hormone that regulates the metabolism of carbohydrates in the bloodstream) it will accumulate around your mid section. A lack of sleep also may lead to metabolic issues and help encourage those love handles. It also could mean you have  elevated estrogen levels and more insulin production. So what do you need to do? Stop eating crap, those processed carbs and avoid sugar, even the fake sugars which are even more horrible for you. You should also go easy on the exercise, sometimes if you exercise more it adds more cortisol to your body so you are fighting a losing battle, try yoga, more sleep, meditation, Pilates , planks,  lifting weights and walking are good ways to start. Don’t forget fat gained around the waist is dangerous in terms of it increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases. My book Reset your Thyroid . This is a 21-day Meal plan to reset your thyroid and jump start your weight loss journey. It is filled with 21 breakfast recipes, 21 lunch recipes and 21 dinner recipes. They are packed full of nutrients, healthy fats and proteins. All are easy to make and I’ve done all the thinking for you!

Thighs: Sometimes its our genetic bone structure that was passed down from our parents that gives us more hips or fatter thighs than the next person and other times it can mean that we have elevated estrogen levels. This is the female sex hormone. Thigh fat is a little harder to burn off than belly fat. You can also have fluid retention in your thighs. So many think that fluid retention only takes place only in the abdomen but that isn’t true It actually occurs all over your body. So what do you need to do? Start drinking your daily needed allowance of water. Your body weight and divide it by two. that’s the least amount of water to drink per day and please don’t drink it all in one sitting. there is a think called water toxicity and it will kill you. Space out your water consumption. Choose better skin care products in my blog 21 Successful Tips on Clean Beauty Swaps. I share with your what skin care products are healthier. You want to avoid chemicals such as BPA ( that can be found in plastic containers, water bottles and pretty much anything plastic unless it states BPA FREE) , parabens or phthalates. Your food should be 100% organic and you most defiantly should be avoiding all soy products like the black plague. let’s not forget that getting in a good nights sleep will also help to improve your estrogen levels.  In my book , A Survivor’s Cookbook Guide to Kicking Hypothyroidism’s Booty, I’ve included clean food recipes, recipes for your home and body that are super easy to make, who doesn’t want a healthier home?

Back of Arms: This could mean that you have  lower testosterone levels as well as an excess insulin.Women do have a small amount of testosterone in our adrenal glands and ovaries although this is thought as a male hormone.  Start eating more avocados, as in healthy fats  and fatty fish such as salmon can help improve this area. Try to  avoid all red meat and all dairy products. Start trying to lift some weights.  Building muscle through weight lifting can and may also increase testosterone levels.

Upper Back: This could mean you have lower levels of Thyroxine and higher levels of insulin. Thyroxine  is a thyroid hormone that plays a role with your metabolism and calorie burning rate and this hormone is secreted into our bloodstream.  You can help boost your thyroxine naturally by eating foods such as shellfish, seafood and cruciferous vegetables, avoiding gluten and soy, and increasing healthy fat intake.

Our metabolism does not decide to burn or store body fat based on calories. It makes these decisions based on the hormones those calories trigger. That is why the quality of calories matters so much….higher-quality calories trigger body-fat-burning hormones while low-quality calories trigger body-fat-storing hormones.

– The Smarter Science of Slim

As the conclusion,  Body fat is important necessity for life. It is our source of energy and it stores some much needed nutrients, a major ingredient in brain tissue.  Moreover, it provides a padding to protect internal organs and insulates the body against the cold.  But yet, getting too fat (more than 30 percent body fat in females and 25 percent in males) can be dangerous and is  associated with increased risk of disease and premature death, regardless of where the fat is stored in the body. As a American society, we are tipping the scales to the point that obesity is now a national health epidemic.

Think about this each time you eat, hormones are released into your body and the type of calories consumed (i.e. fat, carbohydrates or protein) determines which hormones are released and where it is placed throughout your body.  The only way to achieve your goal is to start eating to cater to your bodies needs. Along with proper exercise. I’ve given you all solutions to fight that fat storage on those certain areas of your  body part. I  suggest eating a particular way to combat the hormone imbalances and I know for a fact that if you put forth the effort it will be easily attainable.

There are no shortcuts, stop eating so much sugar, fake foods, exercise more and eat more leafy green vegetables!
