Looking for the perfect savory snack? Chipotle Roasted Almonds

Looking for the perfect savory snack? Chipotle roasted almonds are great to make ahead and have on hand, and really hit the spot with that smoky flavor. 👩‍🍳

– 3 c raw almonds
– 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder (or less depending on spice level preferred)
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
– 1 tsp fine grain sea salt

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss together the raw almonds, oil, spices, and half of the salt. Spread out the almonds in a single layer on the pan and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring twice throughout. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remainder of salt, allow to cool, and enjoy! 💖

A tale of recovery to save a woman who caught OCD, Hypothyroidism and an Autoimmune Disorder – A Memoir

I am writing to you in hopes that I can help someone else who has experienced this sort of hell on earth. That’s the best way I can describe it. No one understands unless they have actually experienced it 1st hand. I’ve done an excellent job hiding my problem. Only my closest friends know and I keep it hidden well. If people knew, they were certainly say that I am crazy and possibly turn me into an outcast, stone me with rocks, burn me at the stake like they did during the Salem Witch trials or people might show up @ my door and throw a white straight jacket to toss me in a padded room.

I have dreams, hopes and desires like everyone else. I planned on having a career, raising kids and living happily ever after but after the birth of my twins my life started to take a turn into a mind blowing downward spiral. Was I crazy? I certainly felt crazy and I felt like I couldn’t control my thoughts. Why couldn’t I control these thoughts? The what if’s? The “what if I die, who will raise my girls”? The “did they touch something poisonous?” Did I touch something poisonous? Are they going to die?  Am I going to die?

I had ‘caught” a devastating fear of chemicals.

This has drastically changed how I went about my everyday life.

I know, I was overwhelmed as a new mother of twins and a toddler. I had no family to help me. My husband worked a lot of hours. He did help me some with sleep when he came in from his Twelve hour shifts. He was a hardworking, good man but he was tired too. My break was going to the grocery store. Although, exhausted, the hour break was nice while my husband watched the girls. I also ran a small cleaning business which I enjoyed. I loved going into people’s homes, seeing how they had their house decorated and cleaning it. One day dreaming of my cleaning business booming and I too will have my own cleaning person. I took pride in my work and I was proud to say that I was a business owner.

So, the big question is what happened to me? Now, I can’t go into a grocery store without a panic attack unless I am with someone. I can’t go down the chemical isle without holding onto someone’s arm. Even driving my car and I pass a store that I know has chemicals in it sends me into a panic attack and my OCD starts the “what if’s”.

Why?

These are crazy, abnormal, not rational & unnecessary thoughts of fear of being poisoned.

I’ve had other good jobs over the years only to quit because if they had any kind of chemicals that wasn’t locked up. I would develop severe anxiety and my OCD would leave me paralyzed feeling and wanting to flee – almost all day, every day. Fight or flight, isn’t that what they called it?

My stress tolerance was non-existent.

I lived in a constant state of panic.

I didn’t want to leave my house but I had to. I had to go to work. I had to try to fight this irrational fear and not let it win over me. I am a rational person. I would never harm myself. I want to live. I love life. So why was this happening to me? My only relief would be drinking a few beers or popping me a Xanax. Neither both, obviously. If I could get a doctor to prescribe me the Xanax. Most of the time they wanted to push some form of an anti-depressants down my throat. I kept telling the doctors that I am not depressed but they insisted and pushed and I resisted. Every fiber of my being fought to NOT take any anti-depressants.  I did allow a few weeks in a moment of desperation to try a few different kinds of anti-depressants but it made me manic and have suicidal thoughts. As I look back on all the house that have been spent seeing behavioral specialists and several psychiatrists in hopes to finding an answer. I’ve read that there is scientific evidence that ALONG WITH MEDICATION AND COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY that can change the chemicals in the brain and help it balance the chemicals but you see I know that a pill isn’t a cure its a band-aide to the real issue at hand and I want to get to the root cause.  I also believe that big pharma isn’t in the business of curing us, they are in the business of making customers.  

I am a blogger and writer by every fiber of my being. I love to write, research and blog about things. I came across an article titled: Streptococcus Bacteria: The Hidden Cause of Psychiatric Disorders Almost No One Considers. By Dr. Mercola.  He goes on to say that there is a brain gut connection to many mental disorders and one being OCD! Psychiatric conditions such as OCD are primarily believed to be the result of chemical dysfunction in your brain, or in some cases hereditary and therefore out of your control. Many fail to realize that A) your lifestyle can override genetic predispositions, and B) your lifestyle can be a major underlying cause of that chemical imbalance or dysfunction. Was I just having an abnormal immune response that has triggered the start of my OCD and then did I entertain it to help develop the beast that it has become? So in layman’s terms, I have come to understand that my OCD is a psychological condition that in some sort of way always involves a domino effect reaction to the environment that I am in and the environment that I have created.

Is there hope for me? Did I just by chance come across the answer to my years of senseless suffering? I never had this problem before the birth of my twins. Even shortly after my twins were born, I still ran my cleaning service with no issues. So, why am I plagued with it now? Why am I being tortured? Could the answer to my problem be this simple!?

Dr. Mercola goes on to say that: In a very real sense, you have two brains: one inside your skull and one in your gut. While they may seem very different, these two organs are actually created out of the same type of tissue. During fetal development, one part turns into your central nervous system while the other develops into your enteric nervous system. The tenth cranial nerve that runs from your brain stem down to your abdomen—connects these two organs together. Your gut actually produces more of the neurotransmitter serotonin—thought to play an important role in OCD, in addition to having a beneficial influence on your mood in general—than your brain does, so optimizing your gut flora may indeed have tremendous benefit for your psychological health. And there’s plenty of evidence to suggest that this needs to begin from birth, or even, ideally, before birth.

Could I possibly turn the tables back and fix my OCD with getting good gut flora? I mean, really? Could it be that simple? Like I said, I never had this problem before the birth of my twins. I had no problem being around any kind of chemicals. I never thought anything crazy. Oh , let me not fail to mention at this time I was also newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism

In my research, I’ve also found that Choline is anti-dopaminergic and often makes OCD patients worse. Most OCD patients get worse if given supplements of DMAE, choline, copper, or folic acid. Choline is in Eggs, liver, and peanuts. Other major contributors to choline in the American diet are meat, poultry, fish, dairy foods, pasta, rice, and egg-based dishes, spinach, beets, wheat, and shellfish. I’ve also learned that I have a lack of serotonin. Serotonin boosting foods are eggs, turkey (which I can’t have, I just learned) walnuts, hickory nuts, pineapple, bananas, kiwis, plums, tomatoes and exercise.

“Historically, mental illness has been linked with infection. When Georges Gilles de la Tourette first identified his syndrome in the 1800s, it was closely linked to rheumatic fever, caused by strep antibodies attacking the heart.  Yet as mental illness moved under the dark cloak of psychoanalysis. Let me go on to add that Psychoanalysis is the Sigmund Freud’s creation.  Freud was a Jewish neuropathologist who tried to set up a psychoanalytical movement with the help of non-Jewish specialists in order to make his orientation more reliable.  Please don’t misinterpret what I am trying to say. I am not knocking Freud’s research we all know he is The Father of Modern Psychology.

Dr. Campbell-McBride has written a book called The Gut and psychology syndrome. It’s an in depth book where the author specifically focuses on people struggling with gut/brain issues like Autism, A.D.D., A.D.H.D., Dyspraxia, Depression/anxiety, Schizophrenia, OCD and even allergies. She suggests that you have to heal the gut lining in order to start to heal the brain. In her research, she has focused on soothing and healing the gut lining with foods like bone broth and beneficial fats while boosting beneficial gut bacteria with probiotics and fermented foods. Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride created the GAPS diet. She is a neurologist and nutritional consultant from the UK. She discovered the GAPS diet while she was trying to treat her sons’ autism. She also claims that this nutritional protocol helped get him off the autism spectrum.

In 1998, a team of researchers lead by Dr. Andrew Wakefield took a number of children with autism, did small intestine biopsies on them, and discovered abnormally wide holes in their small intestinal lining–just like the holes found in patients with celiac, ulcerative colitis, etc. Wakefield postulated that the holes in these autistic kids’ intestines were allowing proteins to leak from the inside of the bowel into the bloodstream, and that these foreign proteins were acting like neuro-toxins and interfering with neurological functioning.

What does this have to do with me and my OCD you may ask? I believe, it has everything to do with it. There is a strong correlation between it all.  I am absolutely convinced, based on current clinical research and studies that I’ve come across that considering the role of gut flora is more essential than anything else in treating the root cause of my OCD. I do know that since that I’ve entertained my OCD its developed into a pattern and a habit.  I understand that on some level, we all exist on a broad spectrum scale where no one is considered to be entirely and completely sane. Yes, of course, there are differences between all of us, and personality is not entirely due to our intestinal gut flora. Some people’s personality just sucks and that’s all there is to it. No matter how much great “gut flora” they may have. I also don’t believe in labels or what people may consider to be “normal,” we all walk to the beat of our own drum. I do know that healing my body with food is a whole lot more appealing than allowing to be a guinea pig to Big Pharma and I don’t care to waste any more of my time sitting in a room, on a couch, explaining to a psychiatrist or behavioral specialist random bouts of craziness and seeing their approach to magically change my brain chemistry with talking through my feelings. I am not knocking their services by any means. This field is needed and they actually do help people. Please don’t misconstrued what I am saying.

So, I am putting myself out here. Not hiding my issue anymore in hopes that my journey can help someone else. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring but I do know it won’t be boring and I won’t stop researching until I find my answers. I already eat based on my hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s Autoimmune disorder. I have my hypothyroid disorder and Hashimoto’s in complete control with not only the correct foods to eat but other hidden things in this world that affect our everyday lives in several of my books that are for sale on Amazon.

Tainted Water

Having access to clean water may be a fundamental human right, but it is far from a real reality in many towns and cities across our America.

Estimated that tens of millions of Americans across our vast land are still exposed to unsafe drinking water every year.

The U.S. drinking water is full of contaminants such as manufactured “forever chemicals”.  The chemicals, resistant to breaking down in the environment, are known as perfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS. Based on an unpublished U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) data, more than 110 million Americans may be contaminated with PFAS have been linked to cancers, liver damage, low birth weight, and other health problems.

The EPA has known since 2001 that there was a problem with PFAS in our drinking water but has so far failed to do anything about it.

These are not the only way water can be contaminated.  Radium, arsenic, lead, copper, chlorine, fluoride, industrial waste from spraying crops, mercury from industrial waste sites, microorganisms like bacteria and parasites that get in the water from human or animal feces, Radioactive substances can leech into groundwater and nitrates that are used in fertilizers.

VACCINES: THE PROMISED PEACE OF MINE

There is no doubt that we are facing an unprecedented health crisis in our nation. The critics are gunning for no matter what we say. There has been an alarming rise in developmental delays, learning disabilities, asthma, aphasia, ADD, ADHD, autoimmune disorders, speech light, language light, text, and a rise in chronic conditions along with debilitating chronic disorders.

Of course, there has been absolute fraud, deceit, and corruption constructed by those who are profiting from our demise. They will do anything to stop the rising tides against their sinister agenda that links major health issues along with absolute life changes in a person from their vaccines.

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) offers injury payments to patients who have suffered severe side effects from vaccinations, including but not limited to developmental problems, brain disorders, including seizures, neurological disorders, developmental delays and the sudden onset of behavioral regression along with mental impairment.

Close to 45% of the U.S., population gets a yearly flu shot, more than any other country in the world. Although, Scientists, public health officials, the local drug store, and your doctors push the flu vaccine. Most do not realize the repercussions of how the flu vaccine effectiveness falls short. The EPA calls mercury a “hazardous waste”. If it is a “hazardous waste” then why does the flu shot contains 25 mcg per 0.5-mL dose? Two manufacturer-filled syringes (0.25 mL) are needed to provide the correct dose (0.5 mL) for persons 3 years of age and older. Two separate injections administered.  That is .10 ml of mercury! Mercury is a neurotoxin to the human body. No matter how you slice and dice it or dress it up to make, it looks pretty. The word Thimerosal used to replace the word mercury but it is still a mercury-based organic compound.

The wording changed but it remains the same.  Most of the literature that has been published and reviewed states that mercury lacks antibacterial properties. Another study published in 1970 titled, “Three thousand years of mercury. A plea for abandonment of a dangerous, unproven therapy,” addressed mercury’s lack of effectiveness regarding anti-fungal properties. There is not a single publication to support that Thimerosal is not a neurotoxin to the human body.

This poisonous metal remains deposited in vaccines.  

As of 2003, they removed it from pediatric vaccines but that same year the CDC recommended the flu vaccine to pregnant women but it is essential and equal to what they were getting before this change. For the first time in history, fetuses were getting 800 times the recommended amount in their most vulnerable stage. It travels in the bloodstream from the mother to the unborn fetus while under development. This poses harm to the unborn child and their developing nervous system, making the child less able to think and learn.

We are developing a human being and yet we are reproducing Homo sapiens with absolute shit. It is a wonder that humankind still has the title as one of the smartest species on this planet.

However, are we?  

Fake foods, processed food-like products, vaccines, and environmental hazards. I am surprised that another species has not taken over yet.

The CDC Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) made new recommendations that all pregnant women, infants starting at six months of age, and children receive flu vaccines annually.

Thimerosal is 30 times more neurotic than lead. Why would they put this in pregnant women or offer to a child ages two and up?  

Babies do not even have a properly formed blood-brain barrier but we allow our children to subject to this poison and many other unnecessary ingredients in vaccines. All because we are being “trained”, “conditioned” and “programmed” not ask the questions that need asking. Parents seem made to feel inadequate as if we are deliberately harming our children if we do not fall into line like everyone else marching to the beat of their scheduled vaccination drums.      

I hope that after reading this section on vaccines that you will take more time to educate yourselves and do more research where you can begin to understand the corruption of the CDC, the truth about vaccine science, and understand why we shouldn’t be injected with the “extra” unnecessary ingredients.  It is your essential human right to life, liberty, and body integrity not our government or state legislators. The current U.S. vaccine policy violates our fundamental rights and it is ever changing where we are seeing more and more of our option for choice slowly disappearing. Only you and your healthcare practitioner should discuss, decide and research if the risks-benefit-tradeoff is worth injection and only you are fully accountable for the rest of your life with any life-altering ramifications if you decide the injection.

The FDA does not make the manufacturer who is creating the vaccines go through the standard trail where the vaccines are studied and tested like most of our new medications. 

Vaccines attribute to $25 billion in annual sales for the pharmaceutical industry. Our very own CDC- Center for Disease Control decides to add new vaccines to an already rigorous schedule that guarantees the manufacturer millions of customers and billions in additional revenue. This industry has 271 new vaccines currently in the process in development with hopes of boosting vaccine revenues to $100 billion by 2025.

According to the CDC, from 2006 to 2016 over 3.1 billion doses of covered vaccines distributed in the U.S.

Globally more than 3 million people die from vaccine-preventable diseases each year with 1.5 million of these statistics being children under the age of five. The Infectious Diseases and Prevention through Vaccination fact sheet provides the latest statistics claim that in total, vaccine-preventable diseases account for 50,000 to 90,000 adult deaths per year in the United States.

For companies like Glaxo, Sanofi-Aventis, Merck & Co., Novartis AG and Pfizer Inc., the fear of a pandemic has translated into a financial windfall that has been years in the making.

Bill Gates has donated 10 billion dollars in funding for vaccine research and development within the last 10 years. From his donations, his return revenue has been 20:1. That means he has made in the sums if not more of 200 billion in return revenue over the past 10 years. His net worth keeps increasing with every injection. You can find this in an interview on CNBC where they are openly speaking about his donations and return revenues. Anyone can visit the WHO website (World Health Organization) and look at the documents on the global vaccine action plan. In addition, while you are there look at the additional subgroups encouraging global vaccines that the UN (United Nations) hosted and the World Bank. This certainly is not a conspiracy, my friends. The proof is right there in front of all to see. They do not hide it and they are open with their agenda.

Immunizations date back hundreds of years. The history seems to be that in 1976; Edward Jenner inoculated a 13-year-old-boy with vaccinia virus (cowpox) and then demonstrated immunity to smallpox. Considered the founder of vaccinology. Soon after this successful treatment, he developed the first smallpox vaccine in 1798.

For more than two centuries, we have benefited from vaccines and immunizations.  Our struggle with germs is never-ending and nor completely halted or alleviated entirely by vaccines, no matter how great their immunological power. These microorganisms or “pathogens” create disease are caused by microorganisms that invade the host. Vaccines have promised us peace of mind. If you inject a certain vaccine into your body, the odds are in your favor where if you were to come into contact with the disease, that even if these microorganisms were to somehow by chance invade your body, your immune system has already created antibodies to fight off these invading germs. 

There is no doubt that vaccines and immunization has slowed down the spread and the high death rate of most infectious diseases such as these seven major human diseases – smallpox, diphtheria, tetanus, yellow fever, whooping cough, polio, and measles.

Vaccines are a wonderful creation and one of the greatest success stories to the well-being of public health but the science on vaccine safety is inadequate. Vaccines seem touted as one of medicine’s greatest achievements and the “Holy Grail” of modern medicine. However, somewhere over the creation of eradicating all these infectious diseases and creating the vaccines to do so, there was this bright idea to start adding heavy metals, Adjuvants, nanoparticles, antibiotics, antigens, and preservatives and stabilizers. Do not be fooled these things are not necessary. 

Polysorbate-80 is a toxic preservative that is also found in vaccines. It is known to open up the blood-brain barrier. Our body has a protective mechanism that keeps our brain and central nervous separate. It is there to not allow all substances to pass through but polysorbate-80 opens up our blood-brain barrier.

My question is why would the manufacturers intentionally put this toxic preservative in vaccines?

Aluminum also is known as Aluminum hydroxide is highly toxic is also found in all vaccines.

In the past vaccines would contain some form of the virus but the new vaccine creations are made from a new technology that is used to make genetically modified organisms.

Two Italian researchers looked under the electron microscope at almost every commercially available vaccine on the market discovered that nanoparticles made of various metals such as Tungsten, Antimony, and Lead. They called the manufactures to ask about these ingredients and none would admit that they were even in the vaccines. 

Why are toxic nanoparticles being secretly added to vaccines?  

 Per Professor Dolores Cahill, she mentioned in an interview that she was involved in the development of a vaccine in Africa where they only used meningitis proteins and mineral oil. The meningitis proteins alone were able to elicit an immune response and it was safe. It is very crucial to ensure that the vaccines that we are given continue to keep these infectious diseases at bay are safe.

I am firmly against my cells slowly poisoned to create inflammation and sickness. I am firmly against being kept sick as a means to be controlled.

I am not going to pretend to be a scientist or a Doctor who has a degree in Immunology and who has had years upon years of schooling, studies, written research papers nor have I worked in a laboratory such as Professor Delores Cahill or Dr. Judy Mikovits. These are two very brilliant women and if you want to understand more beyond what I have tried to explain to my best of knowledge then please continue to do your research.  I would also encourage you to begin watching, reading, and listening to Dr. Peter Osborne, Dr. Judy Mikovits, Professor Delores Cahill Hill, Suzan Macco, Derek A Henry, Dr. Ken D. Berry and Dr. Zach Bush.  It does not matter what side of the fence you are sitting on. The fact is when you start injecting harmful things into the human body.  Even if they do not react right away, their cells and tissue eventually damage. All of these unnecessary extra ingredients are the cause of many health issues.   

Professor Dolores Cahill has a degree in Molecular Genetics and a Ph.D. In Immunology.  She found in her research from 25 years ago. There were many published data that was incorrect and a ton of errors in the research material. She did her best to get the scientist to correct their findings but had a ton of resistance. In Germany, any fraud in research is a criminal offense. If researchers created fraud and errors, it is a criminal offense in Germany and the institute would lose funding for 10 years. 

In America, we do not have this demand for research and data integrity.    

Dr. Judy Mikovits, one of the most accomplished scientists of her generation. She published an article in the Journal of Science and her work in the laboratory proved that the common use of animal and fetal tissues that are in vaccines were releasing devastating plagues and creating alarming chronic disease. She has a book called The Plague of Corruption. I would strongly advise you to purchase it and read her written works.

The American people should be outraged at the Pharmaceutical industry along with those who deliberately and knowingly published incorrect and fraudulent data should be charged with crimes against humanity.

Vaccines can be immune therapy but why are they loaded with unnecessary harmful toxins. 

Currently, the vaccines contain the most toxic chemicals for the human body.

The ingredient components of a vaccine include adjuvants, added to enhance the immune system response; antibiotics, to prevent contamination during the manufacturing process; and preservatives and stabilizers.

I am going to try to break down what each thing means as I have listed to the best of my research and understanding.  Everything that I have listed is easily obtainable with an internet quick search, a trip to the library, or even ask your doctor to allow you to read the label that comes associated with the vaccine.

-Antigens are added substances that cause an immune response in the body by identifying substances in or markers on cells. Once these antigens have inserted into your body, it then begins to produce antibodies to fight these antigens or those harmful substances and tries to eliminate them.

-Adjuvants are added substances that are a pharmacological or immunological agent used to modify the effectiveness. They say that adjuvants added to a vaccine to boost the immune response into producing more antibodies and allow a longer-lasting immunity.

-Antibiotics added and used to prevent bacterial contamination during manufacture. They claim that the trace quantities remain after the vaccine goes through a purification process.

Antibiotics are known to cause severe allergic reactions in children (like hives, swelling at the back of the throat, and low blood pressure).

Some of the antibiotics used during vaccine manufacture include neomycin, polymyxin B, streptomycin, and gentamicin. The manufacture claims that because there are only trace quantities of antibiotics contained in vaccines after the purification process would cause a severe allergic reaction that remains, at best, theoretical. 

– Preservatives and stabilizers added to keep vaccines effective under heat or cold for the duration of their shelf life and to prevent dangerous bacterial or fungal contamination.

Thimerosal (ethylmercury), Formaldehyde, Aluminum, Gelatin, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).

They say that they add heavy metals to boost antigen-specific immune responses to make the vaccines work more quickly or effectively, yet documented that they can cross the blood-brain barrier and remain there indefinitely. This also will lead to an accumulation of heavy metals all over your body. As I mentioned previously a baby does not even have a properly formed blood-brain barrier but we allow our children to subject to this poison. All because they train, condition, and program us not to ask.  

If it can cross the blood-brain barrier and stay, there indefinitely for adults then what ramifications will it have for your child’s developing body?      

No matter what the data suggests about the reasoning for adding the heavy metals. As smart, our scientists are they could figure out a new method for our immune therapy.    

We do know that aluminum is toxic and has no known nutritional role. Long-term exposure to these minerals can lead to liver damage, gastrointestinal inflammation, and brain toxicity. It can remain in our tissues and cells long after injection and build up over time where it will have a negative neurologic and autoimmune detrimental impact on the human body.  

Aluminum is consistently high in the brain tissue of people diagnosed with autism. I am in no way suggesting that vaccines cause autism but it is a toxic combination of many things that affect our children.

In 2017, there were approximately 2 million boys born in the US. Statics are now predicting that one out of every two boys will become autistic and/or on the learning disability spectrum. The current medical cost of raising an autistic child annually is $60,000.  If you add up the cost of all the children diagnosed with autism for 40 years, it will come to 60 billion dollars then add in all the autistic daughters on top of that and the cost will climb to 80 billion dollars. 

Think about all the people making money off these sick children. It is like a domino effect.  

The brain of young children, during early development, are more susceptible to toxin exposures, which their kidneys are not able to banish.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends seventy-two doses of 16 different vaccines from birth until the age of 18 with more added to the recommended already rigorous schedule.

Children are exposed to many foreign antigens every day that are already taxing on their body which includes but are not limited to bacteria (mold), viruses, toxic chemicals, dust, drugs (such as antibiotics or medications you put on your skin) harmful chemicals in products used on our body, fake food, processed food-like products and of course, food allergens.

Giving a child multiple vaccinations that are loaded down with harmful ingredients for different diseases at the same time does pose an increased risk of harmful side effects and can overload the immune system which means they are susceptible to becoming sick or a health-related issue can develop. Thus, creating money spent to heal that person. I am not sharing with you this information about how much poison placed into a child to sway you away from vaccinating your child. I am only sharing this information to show how there is a connection between it all. The reality is there are consequences to everything we do. We cannot logically expect there not to be. We are big business and the moneymakers for many. Just look at Bill Gates who has made 200 billion dollars in return revenue within just 10 years from vaccines. Many players in this vast pharmaceutical industry collectively make 25 billion yearly.

I do believe in immune therapy. Please do not label me as an anti-vaxxer but I am pro-common sense. I am certainly not a hypocrite either. I received my vaccines by the year 1977 and my children in the 90’s. I also denied several vaccinations and spaced out the vaccine injections. One of my children did develop ADHD/ADD. It was a struggle for her in school and she was in several special classes. One of her pediatricians and the school were trying to “strongly suggest” that I medicate her and I refused.  I decided in 3rd grade to withdrawal my children from the public school sector and we began to homeschool. It was a night and day difference with my children. This made a positive impact on their childhood. It was one of the best decisions we made as a family. I never once medicated my daughter.  Now, I am not at all saying it was the vaccine alone that contributed to my daughter’s ADHD/ADD but a combination of things like exposure to environmental toxins, food dyes, allergies, sugar, and processed foods (which is loaded down with sugar).

So, what happens when we become sick?

We need treatments, medications, and procedures.

Which all of these add to that price tag stapled to our ears.

That hidden barcode on our forehead.  

The truth is bigger than we all are.  

We are easily disposable to those in power.

The industry for profit over people is mean, nasty, greedy, and sinister. Everything I feared is true.

There is a war raging against humanity and our earth.  We have been passively indoctrinated and so utterly pre-programmed that we do not ask the questions that need to ask. We have laid our trust completely in those in power or someone with a title behind their name. People conditioned blindly believing in things simply because enough people assured us it was true. Infectious diseases have been irradiated but chronic diseases are the new black plague of our modern time. This book is profoundly personal as it represents a mission brimming with meaning.  As I reflect on extraordinary truths about our nation’s health history, current, and future, I also offer you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. We must stop the atrocities if we want to become a healthier nation in the future. We must stop the atrocities if we want the human race to survive. The question remains unanswered, “Why is there big money in slowly poisoning people”?

Everyone is walking around has a dollar amount attached to them. Humans have been for years blindly walking around with an invisible bar code printed across their forehead with a price tag stapled to their ear like a herd of cattle. The amount is completely up to that person. Are they sick? Are they healthy? Do they have a disorder, disease, condition, or syndrome? How much medication do they consume? How many vaccines will they allow to inject into their body? How many times will they need to visit a doctor? How many procedures will they need? What can we get out of this “animal”? How much in taxes can we tax this person? The more services you need the higher the value of your dollar amount becomes.   

There is enormous power within our government, religion, politicians, corporations, the media, and the 1% elite idealists in our world.

Our ‘trusted’ watchdog agencies, both non-profit and government, are secretly “in bed” with these big companies.  Accepting money in return for their silence about the dangers of processed fake foods, toxic vaccines, pharmaceutical medications, toxic-tainted tap water, and chemical trails raining from above, Persistent organic pollutants (POPs), corporations poisoning our land, air, and water supply along with and pesticides on the food we consume.

Our politicians are also “in bed” with these companies. Pay attention to what they vote on, and who is funding their campaigns? As the old saying goes, “You are the company you keep and birds of a feather flock together”.

The National Practitioner Data Bank which is a computer database run by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that lists damaging information about United States physicians and other healthcare practitioners. The creation of the database by Congress who is also in charge of it. Large corporations, the power elite, insurance companies, big pharma all donate money to this database. Our lobbyist work to influence political decisions on behalf of individuals and organizations. Therefore, our lobbyists, both political parties and the ones who donate the funding all play a major part in this data bank.

The National Practitioner Data Bank keeps up with what doctors are prescribing. Their action for treatments, and the advice they give their patients. It is as if some of our doctors are puppets and the insurance companies along with big pharma are the puppet masters disguised under the blanket of our very own Congress. If a doctor goes against slinging their medications or were to advise his patients to go a more natural alternative route. Recourse can be many unpleasant things. Slander, bribery, destroy their private practice, blackballed; find something or someone to lie, and use this against them aka blackmail or even as far as losing their medical license. Sure, this database is supposed to protect the people but it does more than that and has a sinister hidden agenda laying deep within its core. People seemed censored, monitored, and forced to keep quiet about what is happening.  Several whistleblowers end up dead, discredited or their livelihood destroyed.  People in high places do not want the truth revealed nor their bottom dollar affected.

THE WAR FOR HUMANKIND

We are in a war for the sake of all of humankind. Clean water, clean food, clean land, and clean air is something we should not have to demand. Forced vaccines, misrepresented disproportionately medications, media propaganda, and endorsed environmental toxins are something from a fictional Hollywood movie but unfortunately, it is our current America. They create hate among us individually; it makes their job so much easier.  Divide and conquer. Blinded by fake narratives to keep our attention away from the atrocities currently done to the American people.

It is every living being right on this planet to have a healthy planet but yet it is also humanity’s responsibility as one of the smartest species on the planet to not pillage, plunder and destroy this given privilege. Perhaps, evolution made a mistake allowing us humans to be the dominators over the animal kingdom.

They view us as disposable lab rats with a dollar sign attached to our ears like animals heading to slaughter.   

 Why do you believe what you believe? At some point in your life, you trusted the information that you learned and that person told you how to read the language that you speak, count numbers, and learn to spell. The things you learned help to form our perception of what we believed to be facts. You have listened to, read, and watched a ton of content from birth until now. Have you ever stopped and listened to the content that you are viewing? Motion pictures, television shows, social media, and the news are the world’s greatest forces for influencing the public’s thoughts and opinions. Think about a movie you seen like Jaws for example. Did that make you scared to go into the ocean? How about the movie Top Gun? Did you all of a sudden want to become a pilot and a freedom fighter for justice? Think about when you are listening to the radio while driving, on some sort of social media app, watching television, or watching a movie at the theaters; what are you listening too? One word. Programming. Since birth, we have been programmed by television shows, movies, music, games, and now social media. Our government has always controlled our content but we have never paid attention to it. Now, what if they did not have our best interests in mind. Would you change your views if you found out this to be true? The gatekeepers want to control us. Years of research has left a missing element in my quest for the truth. This desire for the answers is the reason why I must continue to seek it out. This is why I have become an alchemist by heart and by nature. There is a means to teach, transform the health of others, and to show people how to prolong their life. 

However, sharing my research was and always will be the intention of all my books. I find that the more I research, study, root for facts, the more questions come to the surface and I am thrown further into that proverbial rabbit hole.  Imagine driving a beautiful freshly washed red car with shiny rims down an old dusty, dry, dirt road on a hot summer’s afternoon that has not seen rain in months. I can see my destination in the distance but it seems like I have been driving for hours, the longer I drive, the more dust and fine sand swirl around my car like a terrible dust storm from the ground, and soon the luster coated completely in the fine powder of discovery.

Insanity has roamed through our nation far too long, cloistered in a proverbial dark closet sits all the answers when you decide to take that leap of faith into the unknown. The enormous influence of dictatorship that wields over the American people has to end. The early and ongoing stages of crimes against humanity must stop.     

I take it as a compliment when people say that I am a conspiracy theorist. You see, I have challenged what others deem as normal. I deeply research topics then I use logic and my very own critical thinking skills to form an educated opinion instead of blindly perceiving what to believe or pushed onto a hamster wheel.  

I certainly do not follow the “programming” that many are so very use to either.

The term “conspiracy Theorists” mentioned by the CIA with the means to discredit the claims of anyone who questioned what was going on and to discredit information from leaking out about their activities. Therefore, when you hear someone deemed as a “conspiracy theorist” you really would not take him or her seriously, because you have been programmed to think this way. I am a “conspiracy realist” who prefers to be known as a well-informed, free thinker, who bases her opinion on science and research. Who also keeps her eyes open to the world around. My name is A.L. Childers, and I am an internationally recognized published author, blogger, and a Holistic Health Coach.  My gift to the world is that I am a seeker for the truth, a patriot for justice, and an advocate for human health.  I have a voracious appetite for pulling back the curtain on topics.

Health is the foundation of life. Money and freedom do not mean a lot if you do not have a healthy planet nor healthy people to live on it. The power of freedom will transform lives but when people are sick, in bondage and repressed there is a limit to what they can achieve.

There needs to be a genuine shift in the American healthcare industry, the Food Industry, and the Chemical industry. It should begin with the entire establishment, our leaders who refuse to sway or waiver in their integrity for profit, our environment, our agricultural system, the environmental chemicals, personal care products, and the nutrient nutritional factors in which foods sold to the public. Our capitalistic America; the current corporate-dominated system of bureaucracy would not stand for such a major shift in changing their bottom dollar of profit over people.  

Americans simply will not ever start healing our health issues if we do not start fighting back, demanding change, and essentially begin to understand why people are struggling with more chronic disease, chronic pain, and more obese than ever before in the history of our beautiful county. I am proud to be an American. The song by Lee Greenwood always gives me chills, brings tears to my eyes, and when I sing it I feel it in every part of my being.      

After becoming critically ill with a “so-called” long-term condition.  I healed myself with research, knowledge, and courage (induced by our toxic food, metal loaded toxic vaccines, a chemically enhanced water system, and current “health” care system practice); it has become the most important mission for me to spread the word about how dispensable we are to our capitalistic culture. I became a warrior for truth, freedom, and health. Our survival needs to have access to eat clean wholesome foods, clean air, and to be able to move without pain. We should be able to thrive happily into old age without the need for assistance while the importance of not having to take medications daily or being forced with toxic injections.

I am offering you an olive branch of wisdom while you travel with me down the proverbial rabbit hole.  I do hope that I will plant a seed where you will become more aware if you are not already and start asking the questions, doing your research, and realizing exactly how America is the land of the sick. The visual propaganda that we have all been lead to believe is a complete lie. This whole charade is about creating more sickness, selling more drugs, and propping up a complete medical industry. We are being fed fake foods that are processed, chemically laced, and resemble real food along with slowly poisoned by our very own environment. 

There are higher powers that are controlling the narrative and they are brainwashing all of us.

 Now for their encore, pushing for forced vaccinations as soon as they rush one thru, another one soon is to follow and by the same ones who think that we are here for harvesting, debt bondage, and forced labor.    

As human beings, we have the unique capacity to make rational decisions about our everyday lives. Being an American, we have the freedom of choice and that is a great human right.

Let us re-write humanity’s health story in many more ways than one.

Mother Earth is sick and she is suffocating. 

Nature will always win in the end long after humanity has left this earth.

We have work to do!

It’s the first thing that goes into my body and I certainly wouldn’t have it any other way. In fact, I’m basically an alarm clock at this point.

I wake up at 5:30 every single morning without an alarm clock. My morning routine looks a bit like this: Head to my kitchen and robotically pull an organic fresh lemon out of my fridge then warm me up some water in the microwave next add the freshly squeezed lemon. Followed by my skincare routine and other morning rituals (brush my teeth, face mask/eye patches, shower, etc.). After all that I go back into my kitchen drink my lemon water and head to my computer desk where I start creating content for my blogs, books and respond to emails from people who have purchased my books.

10:30 a.m. I head out my front door to go for a 3-walk to clear my mind, meditate on the agenda for that day and get some of that free vitamin D sunshine.

This new way that I started drinking my lemon water has really made five big changes in my life (amongst all the other benefits I get from it): the bloating is almost gone, weight loss, improved digestion, clearer more radiant skin, and my immune system is thriving. I never get sick but this has really given it more of a boost. As you know, having hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s will have you bloated, over weight and exhausted.

This past week, I decided to bring my lemon water to the next level. I added a few more ingredients to the mix. I have felt more clean, hydrated along with all the other things that I listed. My skin is looking healthier and I certainly fell an overall amount of energy that helps me walk longer than 3 miles.

TIPS: This week, I also started to drink my morning tonic with a stainless steel straw! This is an important switch for a few reasons:

  • It’s better for the environment than plastic & contains no BPA (a harmful chemical found in plastics that mimics the activity of hormones, most commonly estrogen, which can lead to reproductive disorders & diabetes or heart disease).
  • It’s better for the enamel on your teeth! It prevents the citric acid from coming into contact with your teeth & wearing down your enamel!
  • It’s easy to clean, reusable, dishwasher safe!

  • OPTIONAL: You can add 1-2 tbsp. Raw organic apple cider vinegar to the mix, if you want some added health benefits for your skin, digestive health, immunity, stabilizing blood sugar levels, antioxidants, healing properties & alkalizing effects. I started drinking 2 tbsp. of ACV every night before bed, so that’s why I haven’t been adding it in the morning! Otherwise, I would!

The lymphatic system is your body’s natural detox system that is connected as part of your immune system and it is a complex drainage or “sewer” system that consists of glands, lymph nodes, the spleen, thymus gland, and tonsils.  Many of us never realize just how important your lymphatic system is nor the fact that it plays one of the largest roles in our bodies by cleansing nearly every bodily cell by removing toxins, metabolic waste and so more. Its also cleanses our cells by absorbing excess fluids, fats, and toxins from our tissues. This waste is pushed into our blood stream where it can eventually be filtered out by the liver and kidneys. Not only is your lymphatic system responsible for flushing out the  waste material of the body but it is also responsible for distributing nutrients to each and every part of our body.

When you are living with a nagging health issue like hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s it can be quite trying and you could be doing everything right it seems but yet you are still  unable to begin to heal.  Did you know that having a clogged lymphatic system could be halting your thyroid from healing?  Each Day our bodies are bombarded with a toxic burden of chemicals, we are not feeding our bodies the proper nutrients, we are nutritional deficient, and little to no activity & these are some of the reasons why  our system is becoming increasingly polluted.  If you have a  clogged lymphatic system it won’t allow your body to circulate the fluids and eliminate toxic waste buildup which can decrease the body’s immune function.  This can also increase swelling, inflammation and pain along with the possibility of welcoming other diseases and disorders.

If your lymphatic system is clogged with toxins, and you’re trying to cleanse it with the methods in this article, it’s important to try to stay away from more toxins!  It would be silly to take Motrin for a stone stuck in your shoe when all you had to do was pluck it out.  So why not on this journey go ahead and address the issue at hand.  Just like I will describe the need for to you to be drinking filtered water, you can’t expect your lymphatic system to cleanse if you continue to expose yourself to daily toxins. We all understand that toxins are all around us— from the foods we eat, to the products we use and to the air we breathe. Unfortunately toxins are all around us. It’s important to look at your own life carefully to determine where toxins may be the biggest problem and start adjusting your life where needed.

Most often than none, it’s unrealistic for any lifestyle change to happen overnight.  It does take practice but with practice does come change. Don’t allow the bigger picture to discourage you. Every small thing you change to better your health will pay off in the end. It’s the small steps that can make a big difference. There are many ways that your body gives you signs to let you know that your lymphatic fluid is not moving effectively and that the toxins are building up in your body.

How can I unclog my lymphatic system?

1.Dry Brushing*

Dry brushing is my most favorite way to start each morning.  It’s very fast to do (takes about 5 minutes) and when you dry brush, your skin becomes invigorated.

Here’s why dry brushing is so good for you:

It starts off by shedding the dead skin cells and encourages new cell renewal. Also it  relaxes your nervous system. When you dry brush you stimulate the vascular blood circulation and this allows lymphatic drainage to begin. The circulation motion buffs and smooths your skin to making it appear healthier.  Don’t worry about it feeling odd at first you will get use to it after a few times. Those bristles will start to feel calming while it is refreshing your nervous system, improving nutrient absorption, removing toxins and improving the blood circulation.

Simple steps to dry brushing at home:

Buy a good Dry Brush

Make sure your skin is dry (best to do this before your bath or shower)

Begin from bottom and move upwards.  You’ll use gentle circular motions or longer smoother strokes or a combination of both.

Always start at your ankles and move toward your heart. Make sure to move the brush in the same direction.

When you get to your back, brush from the neck down instead, toward your lower back.

Be careful with sensitive skin and never brush over sores, sun burned areas or areas with skin cancer.

2. Oil Pulling*

What is oil pulling? Well, it’s an ancient Ayurvedic remedy that was used to cleanse the body and enhance oral health.  it’s helps the body detoxification process and oil pulling helps remove bacteria, parasites and other toxins from your teeth and mucus membranes. it also reduces inflammation in your gums.

How do you do it?

Well, it’s actually quite simple. Upon awaking, before eating or drinking anything, take about a tablespoon of organic, virgin, cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for 10-20 minutes.  I swish it like mouthwash by pulling it through my teeth and over every part in my mouth.  After you’re finished swishing it, spit out the oil (it will be frothy and pretty gross looking) and next gargle your mouth with mouth out with warm purified water or warm salt-water.  Then drink a full 8 oz drink a glass of water with half of a freshly squeezed lemon.

How it works?

Basically the oil does is mixes with your saliva and this activates enzymes which draw toxins that is in your blood.  The fat in the oil helps extract these toxins from your mouth.  As the oil absorbs toxins, it becomes whiter, thicker and more frothy.

3. Exercise*

Any form of exercise and movement is needed.  You see, your circulatory system has  your heart to pump  blood throughout your body but your lymphatic system doesn’t has a “pump” and it is entirely dependent on the movement of your muscles.  Walking and yoga are also fantastic ways to get that lymphatic fluid to drain.

It’s  best to start slow on the exercise and work your way up but be consistent. Think of the tortoise rather than the hare in the beginning and as you get more energy you can exercise longer and harder if you prefer.

4.  Lymphatic Drainage Massage*

A lymphatic drainage massage is one easiest way to detoxify that  lymph system. Always use a skilled practitioner to stimulate circulation and drain fat, fluids, toxins, and other waste products away from your cells for proper elimination. Acupuncture is another great way to help you with detoxing your lymph system. it’s an ancient and effective TCM treatment, also helps opens up the pathways (meridians) in your body by stimulating lymph flow.

5. Rebounding*

Rebounding is one of the easiest and simplest ways to get the blood pumping around  those lymph nodes. Rebounding is the practice of jumping on a small trampoline for ten to thirty minutes. This gets the blood flowing while stimulating the circulation of blood throughout the body.  If you have Kidney issues this might not be for you. Rebounding can be hard on your kidneys by putting a lot of pressure on them and your body might  not be able to handle the extra release of toxins.

6. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar*

OACV Helps to break down mucus in your body. It also  has been shown to kill various pathogens and bacteria.  You will also get the added benefit of it helping improve your blood sugar levels.

7. Inversion Table*

An inversion table is a padded table that allows you to lay upside down while strapped in by  your feet. The inversion helps to decompress the joints in the body and stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory system. This allows blood and oxygen to the tissues, which helps to clear out the muscles of toxic build-up. By inverting, gravity works with, not against, the body, encouraging the movement of the lymph system.

8. Meditation*

Start your day out with meditation, deep breathing and a grateful heart. There are many people who weren’t able to wake up and live another day.   I can’t even begin to express the importance of the power of meditation has over the body. It’s been proven to lower your levels of cortisol which is also known as the stress hormone. Deep breathing, from your diaphragm, increases oxygen levels and naturally detoxes your body. Breath is life and you can take a breather anywhere, anytime and refocus.  I like to start my day off listening to mediation music to clear my head while I have my legs up against the wall using this yoga pose.

Legs up the wall pose will not only help with your thyroid functions but it also relieves back pain, helps with insomnia, improves posture, helps with anxiety, naturally adjusts your spine, improves your digestion and it starts a lymphatic circulation. Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump and relies on our movements and gravity to circulate lymph fluid where the toxins in this fluid can be eliminated from your body. If we sit all day the lymph fluid becomes stagnant and start to collect toxins. By simply reversing the flow of gravity in your legs, you begin to circulate the lymphatic fluid and encourage the body to start the elimination of toxins.  Dry brushing also will simulate the lymphatic system and improve skin tone.

9.Perform the 5 Tibetan Rites*

These 5 actions, when done together and in the recommended sequence, can help jump-start your metabolism along increasing the flow of the lymph, relieving congestion and encouraging its detoxification.  They include spinning in a circle, doing leg lifts, arching your back, making a table, and a full body lunge.  These moves will help to drain the lymph towards the heart, enhancing  the rate in which it’s cleaned and filtered.  The Twists performed are also a great way to stimulate lymphatic flow. Through the practice of twisting the abdomen, the organs and muscles are squeezed, forcing the lymph out of the tissues. This also causes the muscles in the body to contract and relax, which is the primary way lymph moves through the body.  By having this as your daily morning routine you are allowing the free flow of lymph system and this helps to prevent stagnation and accumulation of toxins.

Here is a free video which shows how to do a complete circuit of the five rites, including rests between them. She’s able to complete it in a little over 10 minutes, so this is something that you can work into your busiest of mornings, and will set the tone of calm and tranquility that washes over the rest of your day.

10. Lemon Water*

Warm lemon water helps to stimulate the lymphatic system by helping  remove the toxins accumulated in the lymph glands, colon, and bladder. The vitamin C in the warm lemon water help to cleanse the liver and helps to Hydrate your lymphatic system. Some cases of  lymph congestion is dehydration. Clean Filtered Water and only water can adequately re-hydrate the body.  A Lemon is also a  alkaline fruit that will help to mineralize the body and your lymph system.

11. Enzymes*

Lymphatic cleaning enzymes were first formulated by Dr Edward Howell (the deceased author of Enzyme Nutrition), with the purpose of digesting away years of accumulation of these large mucoprotein particles or starch-protein conjugates in the intercellular spaces.  Digestive enzymes relieve the workload on the pancreas, and free up other reserve enzymes that are needed elsewhere for your body. 

Enzymes are produced by the body to help break down the food we eat and they also assist in helping the  body to clear toxic-waste buildup in the lymph and in the  blood. . If you use a proteolytic enzymes between meals will help to “digest” or breakdown  organic debris that are moving through the circulatory and lymph systems, while increasing the lymphatic flow. They also help to lighten the load of  allergy-like compounds who’s only job is to free up your immune system from these traveling bandits. Never take protein digesting enzymes (protease) during pregnancy, high doses of proteases can thin the blood and if you have gastric or duodenal ulcers, gastritis, or suffer irritation or burning sensations in the stomach, stop taking the enzymes and contact your healthcare practitioner. You should always eat food with protease enzymes rather than taking Enzymes on their own.

12. Eat Raw Foods*

Raw foods help to neutralize harmful pathogens and lessening the burden on the lymph system. Raw foods are alkaline and have higher levels of naturally occurring enzymes that assist in breaking down toxic buildups, encourage the removal of harmful substances in the body and is a great way to help begin the process of flushing out the lymph system.  The key is to eat these raw fruits in the am on a empty stomach where the acids and enzymes in the fruit have the best lymphatic draining and stimulating effects. Lemon, lime and grapefruit are wonderful in helping begin the  digestive detoxification. Food grade Lemon, lime and grapefruit essential oils work well too just add a few drops to your water throughout the day. All red fruits berries, beets, pomegranates, cranberries, cherries, greens, seaweeds, spirulina, hemp seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper.

Morning Smoothie

1/2 of a peeled lemon, lime or grapefruit

1 cup of spinach or romaine lettuce ( if you have thyroid issue go with the romaine)

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

knob of freshly peeled ginger

1/4 cup of red berry of your choice

1 tablespoon of flax-seed oil

dash of pepper

dash of turmeric

1/2 teaspoon of dulse flakes( optional)

16oz. of filtered water

Blend until smooth, pour over ice and drink with a straw. This is  very filling too!

13. Always Choose Organic*

Foods that are not organic grown have been sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides and could possibly be genetically modified.  This can add to the toxic build up on your lymph nodes.

14. An infrared sauna*

It’s great to sweat. Sweating is the bodies natural way to release toxins in your system. The sweat excreted through your skin can help release the toxic burden on your lymphatic system.

15. Hot and cold showers*

I understand no one likes taking cold showers but this will greatly benefit the lymphatic system. The hot water helps dilate the blood vessels, and the cold contracts them, creating a “pump” action that helps force fluid that may be stagnant in the system. As I’ve explained your lymph system has no central pump of its own. This will help to stimulate the flow of your blood and encourage circulation by the expanding and contracting blood vessels. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition always check with your health care provider before attempting this method.

16. Drink equate amounts of clean water*

You’ve heard it before  water is life!  Make sure you are drinking filtered water and not adding to  your toxic burden by ingesting easily absorbed toxins often present in water such as fluoride, chlorine, VOC’s, and more. You can safely consume up to half your body weight in ounces of water a day (160 lbs = 80 ounces of water). I love my Berkey Water Tank!

17. Eating clean*

I mentioned raw foods now lets talk about eating clean whole nutrient rich foods. Start reading label. if you must eat prepacked foods always look for foods that have a short ingredient list and things that are recognizable as actual food. Various chemicals  are added like sugars, questionable oils, sodium and so on.  Always avoid soy and if soy is listed as a ingredient.  Soy comes in all varieties and are highly processed, high in refined starches, heated oils and again added sugar, salt and low in nutrients and fiber. Oh let’s not fail to mention that soy mimics your hormones and plays a very sneaky trick on your endocrine system. Eating clean and mostly raw food that is rooted in produce is the first step to promoting a healthy lymph flow. These listed are particularly cleansing foods for the lymphatic system:

Dark leafy greens

Fruits in the Low Glycemic index Chart

Garlic

Ground flaxseed

Seaweed

Algae (chlorella, spirulina)

Chia

Avocados

Cranberries

Walnuts

Brazil nuts

18. Avoiding Food Allergens*

Many people are unaware that certain foods are actually working against their bodies.  You should see a specialist and be tested to ensure you have no food allergies. Your lymphatic system can also be affected by your gut. If your gut is inflamed and not healed this is taxing on your immune system which in return is taxing on your lymphatic system. Consider adding prebiotics and probiotics to help support gut health along with eating properly and avoiding these common food allergens.

Common food allergens that can contribute to an inflamed gut are:

Nightshades

Eggs

Grains (gluten)

Dairy

19. Our words have power*

Our words have power and If we are constantly saying negative things to ourselves or thinking negative thoughts it will eventually begin to affect our body.  What comes out of your mouth , goes into your ear & your brain absorbs it. Always be positive and don’t allow problems to dwell. the glass is always half full and there is someone who wants what you have.  You are a blessing to someone.

20. Adaptogen Herbs

There are numerous herbs have been shown to support the lymphatic system.  Some of these herbs include dandelion root,  passion flower,  nettle leaf, fenugreek, and manjistha.  I’ve taken Echinacea and cayenne pepper together with a healthy fat daily while I was cleansing my lymph nodes.  Adaptogen herbs are in a unique class of healing plants that promote hormone balance and also help to protect the body from a wide variety of diseases, including those that are caused by stress. These herbs also boost your immune functions. Research shows that other various adapotogens — such as ashwagandha, medicinal mushrooms, rhodiola and holy basil. Holy basil has been proven to help regulate cortisol levels, protect your organs and tissues against chemical stress from pollutants and the burden of heavy metals, which are other factors that can lead to hormone imbalance, a stagnant lymph system and sickness.

21. Under arm deodorant

  Deodorant and antiperspirants impair the underarm lymph nodes. Aluminum-based compounds are the active ingredients in antiperspirants.  Sweating is a necessity in life. There are roughly three million sweat glands pumping out as much as 14 liters/ 3 gallons of water a day. Sweat, as stinky and uncomfortable as it can be at times, is a natural and healthy part of life, helping to cool the body, release toxins and helps to maintain normal body temperatures. Sweat isn’t inherently stinky either. In fact, it’s nearly odorless. The stench comes from bacteria that break down from one of two types of sweat on your skin. Deodorant advertisers have done a pretty neat job of convincing us that we’re disgustingly smelly people who in fact need to be refined and save our
stinky selves by their products. We’ve been wonderfully brainwashed
into thinking sweating is a bad thing. Sweating from the heat, sweating
from exercise, and sweating from stress are all different, chemically
speaking. Stress sweat smells the worst. That’s because smelly sweat
is only produced by one of the two types of sweat glands called the
apocrine glands, which are usually in areas with lots of hair—like our
armpits, the groin area, and scalp. The odor is the result of the bacteria
that break down the sweat once it’s released onto your skin. Fun fact:
While women have more sweat glands than men, men’s sweat glands
produce more sweat.  Commercial deodorants are something you truly need to purge out of your life. Aluminum-based antiperspirants may increase the risk for breast cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease & Kidney Disease (Scientists noticed that dialysis patients who had these high aluminum levels were more likely to develop dementia too.)

Ingredients
1/2 c. baking soda
1/2 c. arrowroot powder or ½ cup of cornstarch
5 tbsp. unrefined virgin coconut oil
10 drops of grapefruit essential oil or lavender essential oil
You can pick your favorite scent. I like lavender or grapefruit.

Empty deodorant stick or Mason jar
Directions
Mix baking soda and arrowroot together.
Melt your coconut oil in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl.
Mix all ingredients the baking soda and arrowroot powder with the oil, Pour into clean small Mason jar,( or your empty stick container)  add your essential oil to the Mason jar or the empty stick container, using a wooden Popsicle stick , give it a good stir to mix everything. Close your the lid.  Once you mix that essential oil in the bowl, it can only be used for the purpose of making your deodorant. Everything you’ve used is edible except the essential oils.
This will take roughly 24 hours to set. It will thicken up. I use my finger to scrape what I need out of the mason jar and scoop it across my underarm. This will last you for a good 6 months!

You really need to do research on your medications. Some medications have a negative affect on your body especially your lymph system.

23. Personal care products*

Personal care products loaded with parabens, petroleum, and phthalates. Did you know that products we use every day may contain toxic chemicals and has been linked to women’s health issues? They are hidden endocrine disruptors and are very tricky chemicals that play havoc on our bodies. “We are all routinely exposed to endocrine disruptors, and this has the potential to significantly harm the health of our youth,” said Renee Sharp, EWG’s director of research. “It’s important to do what we can to avoid them, but at the same time we can’t shop our way out of the problem. We need to have a real chemical policy reform.” The longer the length of ingredients on your food label means how much more unhealthy it is for you to consume. When an item contains a host of ingredients that most likely you cant even pronounce or remember to spell you can bet your lucky dollar that the natural nutrients are long gone. These highly processed frank n foods are very difficult for the body to break down and some of the chemicals will become stored in your body. Click on this link to see what you should avoid.

Lemon Cream Body Butter

6 Tablespoons coconut oil

¼ cup cocoa butter

1 Tablespoon vitamin E oil

3 drops of Lemon essential oil or 3 drops of your favorite essential oil

Over low heat in a double boiler, put the coconut oil and cocoa butter in a bowl. When it has almost completely melted, remove from the heat and add the vitamin E oil and essential oil. Allow the mixture to cool until it solidifies. Lastly mix the body butter vigorously with a spatula, and then transfer it to a mason jar with a sealable lid. Date and label your product. If you don’t care for the lemon essential oil, use whatever smells best to you. This is your journey not mine I am only here to help guide you.

Homemade Shaving Cream

1 cup shea butter

1 cup virgin coconut oil

3 Tablespoons vitamin E oil

3 Tablespoons sweet almond oil or olive oil or jojoba oil

3 Tablespoons Dr. Bonners Liquid Castile Soap

30 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

30 drops of lemon essential oil (optional)

I like to use an electric mixer, mixing all ingredients until stiff peaks are formed (approximately 2-3 minutes). Store in a mason jar with a sealable lid.

Mosquito Repellent

15 drops of lavender

4 tbsp. of vanilla extract

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Place all these ingredients in a  16oz  then fill with water.

24. Household chemicals*

Did you know that it takes 26 seconds for the chemicals to enter into your bloodstream?

The real reality is we are damaging our DNA and we are changing our genetic makeup for future generations. There was a study a few years back that said the umbilical cord of an average American baby has over 200 known chemicals in it. Eighty percent of the common chemicals that are used daily in this country, we know almost nothing about. Our children are being born toxic and we have no idea if these toxins are already doing some sort of damage their brains, their immune system, their reproductive system, and any other developing organs. Are we unknowingly setting ourselves up for failure in the womb, even before birth?Scientists and researchers are concerned that many of these chemicals may be carcinogenic or wreak havoc with our hormones, our body’s regulating system.Most products have a  warning label that is typed in bold “Keep Out of Reach of Children”.  As consumers, we believe that if our children don’t ingest these products they will not be harmed by them. WE are along with our children are often in contact with the chemical residues housecleaning products do leave behind, by crawling, lying and sitting on the freshly cleaned floor.

Scientists at Norway’s University of Bergen tracked 6,000 people, with an average age of 34 at the time of enrollment in the study, who used the cleaning products over a period of two decades, according to the research published in the American Thoracic Society’s American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.These chemicals can chemicals bind together.Exposure to phthalates has been associated with lower IQ levels.These chemicals can also be found in the shampoos, conditioners, body sprays, hair sprays, perfumes, make up, cleaning supplies, colognes, soap and nail polish that we use.The results follow a study by French scientists in September 2017 that found nurses who used disinfectants to clean surfaces at least once a week had a 24 percent to 32 percent increased risk of developing lung disease. Scientists and researchers are concerned that many of these chemicals may be carcinogenic or wreak havoc with our hormones, our body’s regulating system.It’s not enough to be aware of all the outdoor chemicals that we are exposed to everyday but inside our homes we can have more power and control. We have to be more aware about using chemical cleaners, paints, glues, body lotions, toothpastes, underarm deodorants, hair products and pesticides. Instead start to begin to use products that don’t pollute our very own bodies. We must read labels, make our own products and do our own research. I can’t stress this enough. We must take a stand for our health. Stop using commercial products that are laced with unknown and harmful body damaging productsou can reduce your exposure to them by eating organic foods, making your own cleaning chemicals and using alternative pest control methods.You can also find many great recipes for alternative cleaning solutions in my book AWARENESS HAS MAGIC.Here are two recipes from my book AWARENESS HAS MAGIC.

Vanilla grapefruit linen spray

2-1/2 cups filtered water

3 drops pink grapefruit essential oil

2 drops vanilla essential oil

1/4 cup vodka

The vodka helps the water dry quickly after you spray it on your linens. Theses essential oils that are  used create a beautifully fresh vanilla grapefruit scent that is perfect for a summer pick me up. This spray is very versatile. It can be used on clothing, fabric furniture, or even as a quick air freshener.

If the vodka smell is slightly strong just add another drop or two of essential oil.

Always shake the bottle be Before spraying on your linen.

Tub & Tile Cleaner

1 /4 cup baking soda

1/4 cup lemon juice

Or 10 drops of lemon essential oil

3 Tablespoons Epsom salt

3 Tablespoons Sal Suds or Castile liquid soap

1/2 cup white vinegar

Pour the vinegar into the bottle, followed by the baking soda and Epsom salt. Shake the bottle to combine the ingredients. Add the Sal suds gently shaking the bottle to combine. Mix all ingredients in a bottle with a sealable lid.

Scrub and then rinse with water and wet clean rag.

25. Use Essential Oils Topically

Ginger, peppermint and rosemary essential oils can be applied topically on lymph nodes. This will help stimulate drainage. Specifically on the back of your neck is a great spot to apply these oils to get into the skin, circulation and lymph nodes and allow them to go to work. Always use a carrier oil when applying to the skin. You can find many recipes in my book AWARENESS HAS MAGIC.

Can Hypothyroidism Cause a Floaty Stool?

If you’re struggling with constipation, diarrhea,  floating stools, bloated stomach or just stomach pain in general. It could be related to your thyroid. In fact, my thyroid was the root cause for all  current health issues.

 Per SCD Lifestyle:  When there isn’t enough thyroid hormone, it’s called hypothyroidism and the autoimmune condition is called Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. … Much of what the studies focus on are constipation and diarrhea as a result of thyroid hormones affecting the following areas of the gutDigestive juice excretion.

You have to start removing the thyroid suppressive foods that are in your diet and instead focus on the right foods that stimulate your thyroid to produce an abundant amount of thyroid hormone to keep your cells happy and healthy. When you eat foods full of thyroid suppressive toxins its just like throwing fuel on the fire. This will only continue to drain you of your energy, continue to make your symptoms worse, promote even more inflammation in  your body, contribute to a leaky gut and further damage your thyroid.

It seems that the  testing for thyroid is a dead end road at times  with the test appearing to be normal but you has all the symptoms. Get this, your blood work can look just fine but there is major resistance at the receptor site. Most practitioners are unfamiliar with natural treatments for the thyroid and the meds they give sometimes just don’t work. Some  doctors just don’t have a lot of experience with alternative treatments. Endocrinologists have the training to diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and problems by helping to restore the normal balance of hormones in the body. This is where you come into play. You have to take control of  your health! Your gut’s ability to digest and absorb critical nutrients is very important for proper thyroid hormone health.

The two most common causes of floating stools are excess gas and malabsorption, or poor absorption, of nutrients. Certain foods can cause gas in your stools. Foods that commonly cause gas contain large amounts of sugar, lactose, starch, or fiber, such as: beans.

Constipation

Our body recycles our waste and hormone byproducts, which can lead to a toxic build-up in our colons.  When you’re “backed up” it means that you are circulating blood unclean blood and as a result unclean tissues and organs. This will weaken the health of our organs and in return them wont function as well as they need too. You’re also allowing the rotting food that is sitting in your colon to have a change for pathogens such as parasites, bacteria and fungus to grow which could lead to diverticulitis and or a leaky gut.  A leaky gut allows undigested food, proteins, toxins, cholesterol and fats to pass through into the bloodstream.

Pooping is your body’s way to get rid of waste buildup.  We have two types of poopers in this world: Type A has their pooping down to a science. They go every day at the same time and usually (if they can help it) in the same toilet. (This is me)  Then there’s Type B. This group doesn’t go that often and has no real ritual to its toilet habits. So, you may ask, is one healthier than the other? The answer is no. Everyone is different. There really is no “normal” habit for pooping.  The average person poops approximately once a day—about 1 ounce of stool for each 12 pounds of her or his body weight. That means a person weighing 160 pounds produces an average of just under a pound of poop each day. Poop is made up of 75% water  the remaining parts are made from a mixture of dead bacteria that helped us to digest our food, living bacteria, protein, indigestible fiber, and waste materials from the liver and intestines. Don’t start to worry if you bathroom habits change. It’s going to happen. We go on vacation & things happen in our lives. As long as your bathroom trips don’t cause pain or discomfort you are pretty much okay. Your digestive system works all day and every day, so it’s okay if you experience changes from time to time.  If you have constipation or diarrhea that lasts for longer than weeks at a time or blood in your stool you need to check with your doctor.

A Leaky Gut

Your gut is your portal to health. It houses 80 percent of your immune system, and without your gut being healthy it is practically impossible to have a healthy immune system.

Undigested proteins can leak into the blood stream creating a heightened immune reaction that often exacerbates thyroid issues. This is the definition of leaky gut syndrome: when you have undigested proteins leak into the blood stream. If this happens it will create chronic inflammation throughout the body that sets up the stage for a wide range of conditions, including thyroid issues, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and migraines.

Hippocrates was true when he said, “All disease begins in the gut.”

 A leaky gut has been linked to hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and Hashimotos thyroiditis, diabetes, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, exacerbated thyroid issues, lupus, migraines, eczema and rosacea, and that is just to name a few. So you can understand why a properly working digestive system (your gut) is vital to your health.

Contrary to what we use to believe. We now know that having a leaky gut is one of the main reasons, and probably the beginning stage, for developing an autoimmune disease. Having a leaky gut means that the tight junctions that usually hold the walls of your intestines together have become loose, allowing undigested food particles, microbes, toxins, and more to leave your gut and enter your bloodstream. This will cause your body to become full of inflammation, which in return will start to trigger an autoimmune condition and if you already have an autoimmune condition it will certainly make it worse.

The gut is the center of healing, but to know how to address the gut, we have to look at what is happening in the whole body and why the gut is dysfunctional in the first place.  Too often, people jump into gut treatment without addressing the root cause in the cell and end up having their issues return later.

Hypothyroidism has a root cause. Once you start addressing the root of your problems then your body can start healing itself. Your body is an awesome design but there is a complex balance between everything. It’s a domino effect. If you have something in your body that is overworked it will cause a major shift in your body. Don’t worry the good news is it can be put in remission.

Food is not just calories it is information. It talks to your DNA and tells it what to do. Your most powerful tool to change your health is your fork. You can’t go long periods without food. Your body always needs energy. If your blood sugar starts to drop this creates a stress reaction and now your adrenal glands will do what it needs to do to maintain your body’s function by releasing more cortisol or adrenaline. Eating often will help put your body back in its normal cycle. You should eat foods that nourish your body and not hinder it.

Beneficial bacteria supports your immune system

For most people, taking a quality probiotic supplement doesn’t have any side effects other than higher energy and better digestive health. As a society we have drastically cut back on our consumption of vegetables and of beneficial essential fatty acids ( flax, pumpkin, black current seed oil, dark green leafy vegetables, hemp, chia seeds, fish) such as those found in certain fish (including salmon, mackerel, and herring) and flaxseed. We are consumed with little fiber and an excess of sugar, salt, and processed foods. Stress, changes in the diet, contaminated food, chlorinated water, and numerous other factors can also alter the bacterial flora in the intestinal tract. When you treat the whole person instead of just treating a disease or symptom, an imbalance in the intestinal tract stands out like an elephant in the room.  So to play it safe, I recommend taking a probiotic supplement every.

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. Probiotics are often called “good” or “helpful” bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy. Probiotics foods include yogurt, kefir, Kimchi, Sour Pickles ( brined in water and sea salt instead of vinegar) Pickle juice is rich in electrolytes, and has been shown to help relieve exercise-induced muscle cramps.

Prebiotics foods are brown rice, oatmeal, flax, chia, asparagus, Raw Jerusalem artichokes, leeks, artichokes, garlic, carrots, peas, beans, onions, chicory, jicama, tomatoes, frozen bananas, cherries, apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, cranberries, kiwi, and berries are good sources. Nuts are also a prebiotic source.

The ideal pH for the colon is very slightly acidic, in the 6.7–6.9 range. When there is an imbalance or lack of beneficial bacteria in the colon, the pH is typically more alkaline, around 7.5 or higher. The optimal pH range for gas-producing organisms is slightly alkaline at 7.2–7.3.

When someone starts taking a probiotic or a prebiotic supplement (or eats a prebiotic food), the beneficial microorganisms begin to increase in number. These good bacteria start to ferment more soluble fiber into beneficial products like butyric acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, and propionic acid. These acids provide energy, improve mineral, vitamin, and fat absorption, and help prevent inflammation and cancer. The extra acid also starts to lower the pH in the colon.

You gut is just one of the gateways to your health. If you have developed a leaky gut it means the tight junctions that usually hold the walls of your intestines together have become loose, allowing undigested food particles, microbes, toxins, and more to escape your gut and enter your bloodstream, causing a huge rise in inflammation that triggers or can even worsen any autoimmune condition. Don’t fret you can start to heal your gut in a little as thirty days by incorporating a few easy steps in your life.

  1. Say goodbye to inflammatory foods, toxins, and stress that damage your gut, as well as gut infections from yeast, parasites, or bacteria.

What do you need to do and how do I do start? Eat more plant-based, whole, nutrient-dense foods.

Cut out refined sugar and flour, processed junk and animal products. Start adding a variety of organic plant-based whole foods to your diet. These foods will start to fill your body with the vitamins, minerals, cancer-fighting phytochemicals, antioxidants, and fiber it needs to recover from chronic inflammation.

  1. Say hello to good enzymes and acids necessary for proper digestion.

What do you need to do and how do I do start? Remove grains aka GLUTEN and legumes. Start eating pineapple and papaya. Our digestive system doesn’t absorb food, it absorbs nutrients. If we don’t have enough digestive enzymes, we can’t break down our food—which means even if we are eating well, we aren’t absorbing all that beneficial nutrition. Have you taken the time to glance at your poop? Here are a few signs that you might need to take a quality digestive enzyme supplement 30 minutes before a meal and make sure it doesn’t contain products like gluten, dairy, etc. If it doesn’t say “contains no: sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives then avoid them. Read labels! Make sure it has at least these three things in the supplement proteases (which break down proteins), lipases (which break down fats), and carbohydrase’s (such as amylase, which break down carbohydrates).

If you have:

  • Gas and bloating after meals
  • The sensation that you have food sitting in your stomach (a rock in your gut)
  • Feeling full after eating a few bites of food
  • Undigested food in your stool*
  • Floating stools (an occasional floating piece is fine, but if all your poop consistently floats, that might be a sign something is wrong)
