The Rules for Being Human—
As a human, you will receive a body that may or may not meet your expectations, but it will be yours for the duration of this cycle. Life is a full-time school, and you will learn lessons throughout it. You will not remember being reincarnated, but the purpose is to raise your consciousness and remember. There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error, and both failed, and successful experiments are part of the process. Lessons are repeated until learned; if you keep experiencing the same cycles, career, or job, there is probably a reason. Learning lessons never ends because no part of life doesn’t contain its lessons. There is no better plan than here; others are mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something unless it reflects something about yourself that you love or hate about yourself. You have all the resources and tools you need to make your life what you want it to be, and what you do with them is entirely up to you. The answers to life’s questions lie inside of you, and all you need to do is listen and trust.
- You will receive a body-
you may not like it or not, but it will be yours for the entire period during this cycle
It’s important to take care of your body, even if you may not always like the way it looks or feels. Remember that your body is yours for the entire duration of your life, so treat it with kindness and respect. By nourishing your body with healthy foods, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest, you can help ensure that you feel your best and are able to enjoy all that life has to offer. Remember, your body is your temple, so take care of it, and it will take care of you.
2. You will learn lessons-
You are enrolled in a full-time formal school called life
As you journey through life, you will encounter numerous lessons that will shape your character and mold you into the person you are meant to be. This full-time formal school of life is where you will gain the knowledge and experiences necessary to succeed and thrive in the world. Remember to always be open to learning, stay curious, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. With determination and a positive attitude, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Best of luck on your journey!
3. You will have no memory of being reincarnated
The adventure is trying to raise your consciousness and remember.
I’ve been on quite an adventure lately. It feels like I’m trying to raise my consciousness and remember something important, but I just can’t seem to put my finger on it. It’s almost like I have no memory of being reincarnated or something. But I’m determined to keep exploring and figuring it out. Maybe one day, it will all make sense.
4. There are no mistakes, only lessons
Growth is a process of trial and error- failed experiments are as much part of the process as the experiment that ultimately works.
I believe that there are no mistakes, only lessons to be learned. Growth is a process of trial and error, and failed experiments are just as much a part of that process as the experiments that ultimately work. It’s important to remember that we can always learn from our mistakes and use them to improve and grow. So, don’t be afraid to take risks and try new things, even if it doesn’t always work out the way you planned. It’s all part of the journey.
5. A lesson is repeated until learned
After you learn it, you can move to the next lesson
If you keep experiencing the same cycles, career and job there is probably a reason because there is something that you still need to learn.
It’s common for us to repeat the same lessons until we finally learn them. Once we understand the lesson, we can move on to the next one. However, if we find ourselves experiencing the same cycles in our career or job, there’s likely a reason for it. There may be something that we still need to learn in order to move forward. It’s important to keep an open mind and be willing to learn from our experiences, even if they seem repetitive. Only then can we break the cycle and move towards a more fulfilling path.
6. Learning lessons doesn’t end
No part of life doesn’t contain its lessons.
If you are alive, there are lessons yet to be learned.
It’s true that learning lessons doesn’t end. From the moment we are born until the day we die, there is always something new to learn. Whether it’s about ourselves, others, or the world around us, there is no part of life that doesn’t contain its lessons. So, if you are alive, know that there are still lessons yet to be learned, and embrace the opportunity to grow and evolve as a person.
7. There is no better plan than here
When you are there instead of here, you will simply obtain in another there that will again look better than here.
I’ve always believed that there is no better plan than here. Sometimes we tend to think that we will be happier and more successful if we are somewhere else, but the truth is that wherever we go, there will always be problems and challenges. It’s important to focus on making the most of our current situation and working towards our goals rather than constantly seeking a better place. Because even if we do find ourselves in a new location, we may soon realize that it’s not as great as we thought it would be. So, let’s make the most of where we are now and strive to create our own happiness and success right here.
8 Others are mirrors of you –
You cannot hate or love something unless it reflects something about your self that you love or hate about yourself.
It’s interesting how much our perceptions of others can reveal about ourselves. I’ve come to believe that others are mirrors of us in some way. If we find ourselves hating someone, it’s often because there’s something about ourselves that we dislike and see reflected in that person. On the other hand, if we love someone, it may be because they embody qualities that we admire and wish to cultivate within ourselves. It’s important to be aware of these reflections and use them as opportunities for self-reflection and growth.
9. What you make of your life is up to you.
You have all the resources and tools that you need and what you have with them is entirely up to you.
What you make of your life is entirely up to you. You have all the necessary resources and tools to achieve your dreams. It’s important to remember that you are in control of your destiny and have the power to shape your future. So, take charge, set your goals, and work hard to achieve them. With dedication and perseverance, you can make your dreams a reality. Remember, the only limit to what you can accomplish is the limit you set for yourself.
10. The answers to life’s questions lie inside of you.
All you need to do is listen and trust.
The answers to life’s questions are not always easy to find, but they are within you. Take some time to listen to your inner voice and trust your instincts. You know yourself better than anyone else, and you have the power to make the right decisions for your life. Remember to stay true to your values and beliefs, and don’t be afraid to take risks and pursue your dreams. With a little patience and perseverance, you can unlock the secrets to a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Please follow along with me on this journey of discovery as I share my brush of madness with exquisite clarity. Luckily, I was never a quick fix-it junkie where I said no to many suggestions from board-certified or certifiable doctors because I felt it in my soul that it was merely a bonafide being placed on my issues. The names of certain doctors have been changed because I don’t want to be sued for proven the lack in their field.
Hippocrates was right when he said: Let the food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.
