There is a war raging against humanity and our earth.  We have been passively indoctrinated and so utterly pre-programmed that we do not ask the questions that need to ask. We have laid our trust completely in those in power or someone with a title behind their name. People conditioned blindly believing in things simply because enough people assured us it was true. Infectious diseases have been irradiated but chronic diseases are the new black plague of our modern time. This book is profoundly personal as it represents a mission brimming with meaning.  As I reflect on extraordinary truths about our nation’s health history, current, and future, I also offer you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. We must stop the atrocities if we want to become a healthier nation in the future. We must stop the atrocities if we want the human race to survive. I hope my voice and advocacy will continue to help lead the way and this book will make changes for current and future generations to come. No, I simply do not have all the answers, but I have written plenty in this book to make you start questioning EVERYTHING.

Hey You, Beautiful:
Let’s not forget that we are all different. Each one of us are unique and biochemically individually wired and what works for one person may not work for another. We are extremely complex beings and each person should be valued independently. My reason for having a leaky gut, inflammation and an autoimmune disorder might not be the same as your reason. Each day we encounter different things in our home and travels. Every Cell in your body responds to the nutrients you consume, the products you put on your body, the house hold chemicals in the environment and also what you may purchase to clean your home. All of these things have a direct impact on your hormones and in return your hormones have a direct impact on every major system in your body. Life isn’t a 1 size fits all solution. This book should be just one of your resources that is empowering you to try to help make sense of it all.

A tale of Recovery to save a Woman who caught OCD, Hypothyroidism, and an Autoimmune Disorder â€“

A Journey of Self-Discovery: How One Woman Overcame OCD, Hypothyroidism, and Autoimmune Disorders

Please follow along with me on this journey of discovery as I share with you my brush of madness with exquisite clarity. Luckily, I was never a quick fix-it junkie where I said no to many suggestions from board-certified or certifiable doctors because I felt it in my soul that it was merely a bonafide being placed on my issues. The names of certain doctors have been changed because, frankly, I don’t want to be sued for proven the lack in their field.

Hippocrates was right when he said: Let the food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.

I was at the point in my life where I was questioning everything. Nothing in my life really matters anyways. You only borrow it until we die, and then it all goes. The only thing we truly own in our life is moments in time. This is a moment in time for me that will never be erased. I am writing this blog, and you will read it. I have written it. No matter what happens, this is my moment in time. This will be my moment in time because I lived here and was a part of this. Everything else, this computer, this cup of wine, this internet access, will go. Even this body will go because it is a shell. What

does it really even matter? This is only a shell. What is inside will live on forever.

I think the eviction process has to start with awareness, processing, and questioning. We can get really specific and sit down and list all the things I don’t like about myself. These are the things about me that I don’t like but that I think JUST ARE. Like maybe, I can’t focus, shut people out of my life too quickly, or perhaps I allowed the hormones in my ever-changing older body to go crazy, and I gained weight to much weight for myself to accept. Whatever those things are, don’t judge them, don’t do anything but make that list. Then go back and revisit and say, is that a story that I’ve just been telling myself for whatever reason? so, the eviction process has to stop with identifying the levels, and then you can see the stories, and then you can

see them for what they are, and that is when you can look for evidence in stories of your life that prove the opposite. You know, when you are brave and you’re considering yourself an uncourageous person, or you can start borrowing the stories from other people and use that to lift as your own as you grow into that new place.

Be on the lookout for my next Hypothyroidism book that is life-changing.

Fresh and Fabulous Hypothyroidism Body Balance: Learn How to Create Organic Non-Toxic Homemade Products for Your Skin, Health and Home

bodybalancebookcover

Are you ready to transform your life?

There is nothing like walking in your  house on a brisk, fall day surrounded by a warm and spicy scents.

On my quest to heal my hypothyroidism, I found out how toxic and unhealthy  store bought candles are and these  paraffin and lead-cored wicks aren’t something that I want to be breathing in.

  • Paraffin: Many candles (especially the cheaper kind) are made from paraffin wax; a petroleum by-product, which has the potential to contain toxins and potential carcinogens which are released into the air when the candle is burned. Some researchers even claim the smoke from some candles contains almost as much icky stuff as cigarette smoke.
  • Lead-Cored Wicks: One of the primary concerns with candles used to be lead-based wicks, which would, of course, emit lead into the air when burned. However, in 2003, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) banned the manufacture and sale of all lead-based candles. So while lead emission is something you probably don’t need to worry about with newer candles, make sure you don’t have older candles in your stash that contain wicks with this harmful neurotoxin. (Here’s how to test and see if your candles have lead wicks)

Luckily, soy, beeswax, or tallow candles have a much cleaner burn and are non-toxic.

I wanted to create a fall cookbook for those of us suffering from hypothyroidism that makes you feel as if you’re inviting an old friend in for coffee. If you’ve been considering switching to a hypothyroidism diet, you may be wondering if you have to give up your favorite foods along with flavor. This is far from the truth. Switching to a hypothyroidism diet means that you are catering to heal your thyroid. You can still enjoy your favorite fall recipes following a hypothyroidism diet- you’ll just need to learn what substitutions you will need to make to create wonderful fall hypothyroidism recipes.

Many fall-inspired meals and treats are wonderfully delicious but are full of not-so-healthy-inspired ingredients and if you’re fighting hypothyroidism, you need to go the extra mile to help your body begin to heal. These recipes are so warm and filling that you wont miss out on any of the bad stuff. This is where this book that I’ve written for you comes into play.

In this book, you will find a collection of many fall favorite recipes that you and your family are sure to love. If you’ve ever considered a hypothyroidism diet, this recipe book is a great starting resource.

This book offers you great ideas along with a wide range of options!

-You have over 150 fall recipes that include breakfast, sides, salads, breads, puddings, stews, soups and casseroles!

  • Homemade all natural pumpkin latte spiced deodorant recipe
  • Easy and simple ways to make your house smell like fall
  • How to start healing your hypothyroidism from within

I love using wax tarts! Store-bought wax melts and candles bad-for-you ingredients which are in the form of artificial fragrances and colorants and emits toxins into the air that are harmful to health when inhaled. Most are made using paraffin wax. Paraffin wax is bad because it is a petroleum by-product which emits toxins into the air that are harmful to health when inhaled. Other companies might use soy wax. Now this might seem somewhat healthier than the alternative to paraffin wax, but it’s not. Most of soy anything is made using genetically modified soy beans that have been treated with pesticides and herbicides.
This will make 12 tarts.
½ c. + 2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 oz. {by weight} beeswax
Essential oil{s} of choice
Instructions
Bring two inches of water to a simmer over medium heat in a small saucepan that you will only use for making nonfood items. Cover the opening of the saucepan with a glass bowl to create a double boiler.
Put the coconut oil and beeswax in the glass bowl. Allow to heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted.
Remove from the heat and thoroughly stir in essential oils.
Pour into mold and allow to cool until hardened {popping then in the refrigerator expedites this}.
To use, Please make sure you are safe and only place one in the proper bowl of a wax warmer and use the warmer as directed by the manufacturer.

The Best Autumn Essential Oil Recipes for Your Diffuser

Spicy Chai:
3 drops cardamom essential oil
2 drops cassia essential oil
2 drops clove essential oil
1 drop ginger essential oil
Combine with water (most of my diffusers use around 70 mL, but it can vary, 70 ml = 2.4 oz) in a cold air diffuser.

Spiced Citrus
3 drops wild orange essential oil
2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil
1 drop clove essential oil
Combine with water (most of my diffusers use around 70 mL, but it can vary,70 ml = 2.4 oz. ) in a cold air diffuser.

Walk in the Woods
3 drops frankincense essential oil
2 drops white fir essential oil
1 drop cedarwood essential oil

Combine with water (most of my diffusers use around 70 mL, but it can vary, 70 ml = 2.4 oz.) in a cold air diffuser.

Immune Booster:
1 drop rosemary essential oil
1drop clove essential oil
1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
1 drop cinnamon bark essential oil
1 drop wild orange essential oil
Combine with water (most of my diffusers use around 70 mL, but it can vary,70 ml = 2.4 oz. ) in a cold air diffuser.
Why Cold-Air Diffusers?
I prefer using a cold-air diffuser since it allows me to enjoy ALL the benefits of the essential oil–not just the scent. Unlike candle warmers, a cold-air diffuser doesn’t heat the oil, so all the therapeutic benefits of the essential oil remain intact.

( Caution: Make sure you do your research on each product if you have pets in the house. Not all essential oils are pet friendly)

It seems that Essential oils are sold everywhere. There are many great companies to purchase your quality essential oils.  What company you decide to buy from , always do some research on the seller. One guideline to consider is buying only USDA certified organic essential oils. I have enjoyed some my essentials oils and have had simply fantastic results when using them properly. Always do your research, start small and listen to your body.

You can still enjoy your favorite fall recipes following a hypothyroidism diet- you’ll just need to learn what substitutions you will need to make to create wonderful fall hypothyroidism recipes.

These recipes are so warm and filling that you wont miss out on any of the bad stuff. This is where this book that I’ve written for you comes into play.

Non-Toxic Mason Jar Deodorant

Deodorant and antiperspirants impair the underarm lymph nodes. Aluminum-based compounds are the active ingredients in antiperspirants. Sweating is a necessity in life. There are roughly three million sweat glands pumping out as much as 14 liters/ 3 gallons of water a day. Sweat, as stinky and uncomfortable as it can be at times, is a natural and healthy part of life, helping to cool the body, release toxins and helps to maintain normal body temperatures. Sweat isn’t inherently stinky either. In fact, it’s nearly odorless. The stench comes from bacteria that break down from one of two types of sweat on your skin. Deodorant advertisers have done a pretty neat job of convincing us that we’re disgustingly smelly people who in fact need to be refined and save our stinky selves by their products. We’ve been wonderfully brainwashed into thinking sweating is a bad thing. Sweating from the heat, sweating from exercise, and sweating from stress are all different, chemically speaking. Stress sweat smells the worst. That’s because smelly sweat is only produced by one of the two types of sweat glands called the apocrine glands, which are usually in areas with lots of hair—like our armpits, the groin area, and scalp. The odor is the result of the bacteria that break down the sweat once it’s released onto your skin. Fun fact: While women have more sweat glands than men, men’s sweat glands

produce more sweat. Commercial deodorants are something you truly need to purge out of your life. Aluminum-based antiperspirants may increase the risk for breast cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease & Kidney Disease (Scientists noticed that dialysis patients who had these high aluminum levels were more likely to develop dementia too.)

Mason Jar deordorant

Ingredients

1/2 c. baking soda

1/2 c. arrowroot powder or ½ cup of cornstarch

5 tbsp. unrefined virgin coconut oil

10 drops of grapefruit essential oil or lavender essential oil

You can pick your favorite scent. I like lavender or grapefruit.

Empty deodorant stick or Mason jar

Directions

Mix baking soda and arrowroot together.

Melt your coconut oil in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl.

Mix all ingredients the baking soda and arrowroot powder with the oil, Pour into clean small Mason jar,( or your empty stick container) add your essential oil to the Mason jar or the empty stick container, using a wooden Popsicle stick , give it a good stir to mix everything. Close your the lid. Once you mix that essential oil in the bowl, it can only be used for the purpose of making your deodorant. Everything you’ve used is edible except the essential oils.

This will take roughly 24 hours to set. It will thicken up. I use my finger to scrape what I need out of the mason jar and scoop it across my underarm. This will last you for a good 6 months!
