Why Not Me? A Journey Through Life’s Trials and Triumphs: Life Is Messy, But So Am I

Life Is Messy, But So Am I

Life has a way of throwing curveballs that no one warns you about. I’m not here to ask for sympathy—I’ve faced my share of challenges, but I’ve also found strength, resilience, and humor along the way. My story isn’t just about hardship; it’s about navigating a chaotic world and coming out stronger on the other side.

Growing up without knowing who my father was, surviving a revolving door of stepfathers, and navigating a childhood that was more about survival than innocence shaped me into the person I am today. This is my story—a mix of raw truth, lessons learned, and a touch of humor to keep things light.

A Fatherless Beginning

My mother was married four times, and none of those men were my father. Who was he? That’s still a mystery. My mother offered up a few names—one man was quick to deny any involvement, and another, John Moore, was supposedly stationed at Fort Bragg around the time of my birth in 1972.

Did it hurt not knowing my father? Of course. But in a way, it fueled my independence and taught me to rely on myself. Life doesn’t wait for you to figure things out—it just keeps going.

The Chaos of Home Life

The men in my mother’s life came and went, and none of them brought stability or support. Looking back, I consider myself lucky to have avoided the kinds of abuse that so many others in similar situations have endured. Maybe it was my strong personality that kept me safe.

I had a knack for speaking my mind, and I wasn’t afraid to stand up for myself, even as a child. When a man in our home crossed a line or made me uncomfortable, I wasn’t shy about calling him out. Sure, it got me slapped in the face by my mother when these men complained about my attitude, but I was protecting myself.

Was it a guardian angel or just pure survival instinct? I don’t know, but something in me always knew when to fight back.

School: A Place of Refuge and Judgment

School wasn’t about academics for me—it was about escaping the chaos of home. But even there, I faced challenges. My clothes were dirty, I worried about how I smelled, and my empty stomach made it hard to focus.

Kids can be cruel, and their comments about my appearance stung. But I found solace in friendships that have lasted a lifetime. Denise, my best friend since kindergarten, was one of those rare, irreplaceable people. She passed away from kidney failure, and there’s a part of my heart that will always be missing because of her absence.

Because someone out there might need to hear it. Life isn’t perfect, and none of us are, either. But our struggles don’t define us—how we face them does.

How to Build a Thyroid-Friendly Lifestyle (Without Losing Your Sanity)

Your Thyroid Deserves a Little TLC

Let’s be real: life with a thyroid condition can feel like a never-ending battle. One minute, you’re fine, and the next, you’re a puddle of fatigue, brain fog, and frustration. Sound familiar? Trust me, I’ve been there.

But here’s the good news: building a thyroid-friendly lifestyle doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, it can be empowering (and dare I say, even fun). Think of it as a love letter to your body—a way to give your thyroid the care it deserves while reclaiming your energy, health, and sanity.

Let’s break it down into manageable steps, with a little humor to keep things light.

Step 1: Start with Your Plate (Because Food Is Medicine)

Your thyroid loves nutrient-rich foods, and giving it what it needs can make a world of difference. But don’t panic—you don’t have to overhaul your entire pantry overnight.

Thyroid-Friendly Foods to Love:

  • Leafy Greens: Think spinach, arugula, and Swiss chard for that magnesium boost.
  • Brazil Nuts: Just 2-3 a day can give you the selenium your thyroid craves.
  • Wild-Caught Salmon: Hello, omega-3s and reduced inflammation!
  • Bone Broth: Great for gut health, which is closely tied to thyroid function.
  • Berries: Packed with antioxidants to fight oxidative stress.

Foods to Avoid (Sorry, Not Sorry):

  • Gluten: It’s like kryptonite for many thyroid conditions, especially Hashimoto’s.
  • Processed Sugars: We love donuts, but they don’t love us back.
  • Soy: Can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption.

Tip:

Make it fun! Experiment with thyroid-friendly recipes that feel indulgent but are actually healing. Need inspiration? Check out my book, “Hashimoto’s Crock-Pot Recipes: How I Put My Hashimoto’s Into Remission”—available on Amazon. It’s full of easy, delicious recipes designed with your thyroid in mind.

Step 2: Move Your Body (Gently)

Exercise is important, but when you have a thyroid condition, it’s all about balance. Forget boot camps or 5 a.m. spin classes (unless that’s your thing). Instead, focus on movement that feels good.

Thyroid-Friendly Activities:

  • Yoga: Great for reducing stress and supporting adrenal health.
  • Walking: A gentle way to stay active without overexerting yourself.
  • Swimming: Low impact and soothing for the joints.

Humor Alert:

You’re not training for the Olympics—you’re training for life. If you manage to walk to the mailbox and back on a rough day, celebrate that victory like it’s a gold medal.

Step 3: Manage Stress Like a Boss

Stress is the enemy of thyroid health. It messes with your hormones, zaps your energy, and leaves you feeling like a deflated balloon. But stress management doesn’t have to involve meditating on a mountaintop (unless that’s your vibe).

Practical Ways to De-Stress:

  • Deep breathing exercises (inhale calm, exhale the BS).
  • Journaling to clear your mind.
  • Setting boundaries—no is a complete sentence!

Pro Tip:

In my book, “A Women’s Holistic Holy Grail Handbook for Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s” (also on Amazon), I dive into holistic approaches to stress management and how they can work wonders for your thyroid.

Step 4: Prioritize Sleep (Because Rest Is Revolutionary)

Thyroid conditions often mess with your sleep, leaving you tossing and turning like a caffeinated squirrel. But quality sleep is essential for healing, so it’s time to level up your bedtime routine.

Sleep Tips for Thyroid Warriors:

  • Keep a consistent sleep schedule.
  • Create a calming bedtime ritual (think herbal tea, a good book, or meditation).
  • Make your bedroom a screen-free zone—your Instagram feed can wait.

Humor Alert:

If your idea of relaxation is binge-watching Netflix in bed, no judgment—but let’s aim for at least 7 hours of actual sleep, okay?

Step 5: Work with Your Doctor (Advocate Like a Pro)

Navigating thyroid health can feel like a solo mission, but a good doctor is your co-pilot. Be prepared, ask questions, and don’t settle for vague answers.

Key Tests to Request:

  • Full thyroid panel (not just TSH).
  • Nutrient levels (selenium, magnesium, vitamin D, etc.).
  • Antibody tests for autoimmune thyroid conditions.

Want Help with Advocacy?

Check out my blog post, “How to Advocate for Yourself at the Doctor’s Office” at TheHypothyroidismChick.com.

Step 6: Be Patient and Kind to Yourself

Healing your thyroid is a marathon, not a sprint. Some days will be harder than others, and that’s okay. Give yourself grace, celebrate small wins, and remember—you’re doing the best you can.

Humor Alert:

If all you managed today was eating a Brazil nut and drinking water, congratulations—you’re a thyroid rockstar.

Resources to Support Your Journey

Final Thoughts: You’ve Got This

Building a thyroid-friendly lifestyle isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. Small changes add up, and over time, they can make a big difference in how you feel.

So, take it one step at a time. Start with your plate, move your body, manage your stress, and sleep like it’s your job. Your thyroid will thank you, and so will your future self.

You’re not alone in this journey, and I’m here to help every step of the way. Let’s thrive—together.

How to Advocate for Yourself at the Doctor’s Office

Taking Charge of Your Health

If you’ve ever left a doctor’s office feeling dismissed, unheard, or even more confused than when you walked in, you’re not alone. For many people, especially those with chronic conditions like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, navigating the healthcare system can feel like an uphill battle.

But here’s the truth: you are your best advocate. No one knows your body, your symptoms, or your experience better than you do. Learning how to effectively advocate for yourself at the doctor’s office is a game-changer for getting the care and answers you deserve.

In this blog, I’ll share practical strategies to help you communicate your needs, make the most of your appointments, and take charge of your health.

Why Advocacy Matters

Advocating for yourself is essential because:

  1. Doctors Are Human: Even the most well-meaning physicians can miss things, especially if you don’t fit the textbook description of a condition.
  2. You Know Your Body Best: Symptoms, triggers, and responses are personal. Your insights are critical to creating an effective treatment plan.
  3. The System Is Overwhelmed: With limited time for each patient, you need to make every moment count.

For people with conditions like Hashimoto’s, where symptoms can overlap with other issues, self-advocacy is even more crucial.

Steps to Advocate for Yourself

1. Prepare Before the Appointment

  • Keep a Symptom Journal: Track your symptoms, their frequency, and any triggers. This gives your doctor a clear picture of your condition.
  • List Questions and Concerns: Write down everything you want to discuss, prioritizing the most urgent issues.
  • Bring Relevant Documents: Lab results, medical history, and medication lists can provide context and save time.

2. Communicate Clearly

  • Be Specific: Instead of saying, “I feel off,” describe your symptoms in detail (e.g., “I’ve been feeling exhausted, even after 8 hours of sleep”).
  • Use Time Wisely: Start with your most pressing concerns to ensure they’re addressed.
  • Repeat for Clarity: If something isn’t clear, don’t hesitate to ask for an explanation in simpler terms.

3. Don’t Be Afraid to Push Back

  • Ask Questions: If a doctor dismisses a symptom or suggests waiting it out, ask why. Phrases like, “Can you explain why you don’t think this is a concern?” can open the conversation.
  • Request Tests: If you believe further testing is necessary, advocate for it. For example, people with thyroid issues often need a full thyroid panel (not just TSH) to get an accurate picture.

4. Bring a Support Person

Having someone with you can provide emotional support, help you remember details, and act as another set of ears.

5. Know Your Rights

  • You have the right to a second opinion.
  • You have the right to ask for alternative treatment options.
  • You have the right to be informed and involved in your care.

Common Challenges and How to Overcome Them

Dismissive Doctors

Some doctors may downplay symptoms, especially if they seem vague or subjective. In these cases, calmly restate your concerns and provide examples of how symptoms impact your daily life.

Time Constraints

With appointments often limited to 10-15 minutes, preparation is key. Use bullet points to stay focused and concise.

Complicated Medical Terms

Don’t hesitate to say, “I don’t understand. Can you explain that in plain language?” Doctors are there to help, not confuse.

My Experience with Advocacy

As someone with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, I’ve faced my fair share of dismissive doctors, vague diagnoses, and ineffective treatments. For years, I felt like I was spinning my wheels, trying to get someone to truly listen.

When I started advocating for myself—tracking symptoms, asking specific questions, and requesting detailed tests—I finally got the care I needed. This journey inspired me to write books and share my experiences so others wouldn’t have to feel as lost as I once did.

Books to Help You Take Control

If you’re ready to take charge of your health, my books can guide you:

A comprehensive guide to rebooting your thyroid function through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Take control, stay informed, and don’t settle for less than the care you deserve. You’ve got this, and I’m here to help every step of the way.

The Foods That Saved My Thyroid

Healing Through Food

When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, I felt like my body was betraying me. The exhaustion, weight gain, brain fog, and frustration became my daily reality. Traditional treatments helped to a point, but I knew something was missing. That’s when I turned to food—not just as sustenance, but as medicine.

Food has the power to heal, and for me, it became the cornerstone of my journey to reclaiming my thyroid health. Today, I’m sharing the foods that transformed my health and how they can support your thyroid too.

The Role of Food in Thyroid Health

Your thyroid gland, small but mighty, regulates metabolism, energy, and many other critical functions. For those with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition that attacks the thyroid, inflammation and nutrient deficiencies play a significant role in symptoms.

Healing your thyroid starts with addressing these two factors:

  1. Reducing Inflammation: Certain foods help calm the immune system and reduce the attack on the thyroid.
  2. Providing Essential Nutrients: Your thyroid needs specific nutrients to function properly, such as iodine, selenium, and zinc.

The Foods That Saved My Thyroid

Here’s what worked for me and why these foods might work for you too:

1. Cruciferous Vegetables (Yes, Really!)

Contrary to popular belief, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts aren’t the enemy of thyroid health when cooked properly. Cooking reduces goitrogens (compounds that can interfere with thyroid hormone production), making these vegetables a nutrient-dense powerhouse.

2. Wild-Caught Salmon

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, wild-caught salmon helps reduce inflammation and supports overall immune function. The high-quality protein also aids in maintaining muscle mass, which can be affected by hypothyroidism.

3. Brazil Nuts

One of the richest natural sources of selenium, Brazil nuts are a game-changer for thyroid health. Selenium helps convert inactive T4 thyroid hormone into active T3 and protects the thyroid from oxidative damage. Just 2-3 nuts a day can make a big difference!

4. Bone Broth

Packed with amino acids, collagen, and minerals, bone broth supports gut health—a critical factor in managing autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. A healthy gut reduces systemic inflammation and improves nutrient absorption.

5. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a thyroid-friendly fat that boosts energy and supports a healthy metabolism. Incorporating it into your diet can help counteract the sluggishness that often accompanies hypothyroidism.

6. Leafy Greens

Spinach, arugula, and Swiss chard are excellent sources of magnesium, a mineral many people with thyroid issues are deficient in. Magnesium helps combat fatigue, improve mood, and regulate muscle function.

7. Gluten-Free Alternatives

For many with Hashimoto’s, gluten can exacerbate symptoms by triggering inflammation. Switching to gluten-free grains like quinoa, rice, and millet helped me reduce bloating and brain fog significantly.

8. Seaweed (in Moderation)

Rich in iodine, seaweed like nori and kelp supports thyroid hormone production. However, balance is key—too much iodine can also cause problems. Incorporate it sparingly into your diet.

9. Blueberries

These antioxidant-packed berries help combat oxidative stress and inflammation, protecting the thyroid and supporting overall immune health.

10. Fermented Foods

Probiotic-rich foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, and yogurt support gut health, which is closely linked to thyroid function. A healthy gut can reduce autoimmune activity and improve digestion.

How I Incorporated These Foods

Healing my thyroid wasn’t about making drastic changes overnight—it was about small, consistent steps. I started by removing inflammatory foods like processed sugars and refined grains, then gradually added these nutrient-rich options into my meals.

Recipes like slow-cooked salmon with leafy greens or bone broth-based soups became staples in my diet. I also made it a point to meal prep, ensuring I always had thyroid-supportive meals on hand.

Why You’re Not Lazy: The Truth About Hashimoto’s Fatigue

It’s Not Laziness—It’s Hashimoto’s

If you’ve ever felt bone-deep exhaustion that no amount of sleep can fix, struggled to get through simple daily tasks, or been accused of being lazy, I’m here to tell you: It’s not you—it’s Hashimoto’s.

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition affecting the thyroid, often brings fatigue that can feel insurmountable. This isn’t just being tired after a long day. It’s a relentless, all-encompassing exhaustion that seeps into every corner of your life. And for many, the hardest part isn’t the fatigue itself—it’s fighting the stigma that comes with it.

Let’s dive into what Hashimoto’s fatigue really is, why it happens, and how to combat it without blaming yourself.

What Is Hashimoto’s Fatigue?

Hashimoto’s fatigue isn’t your average tiredness. It’s a physical and mental drain that can leave you feeling like you’re moving through quicksand. This overwhelming exhaustion happens because your thyroid—a gland that controls your metabolism, energy levels, and more—is under siege by your immune system.

When your thyroid isn’t functioning properly, your body’s energy production slows down. Every cell in your body feels the impact, leaving you fatigued even after a full night’s sleep.

Why It’s Not Laziness

Society often equates productivity with worth, and when you can’t keep up, it’s easy to feel inadequate. But let me say this loud and clear: You are not lazy. You are not failing. You are managing a chronic illness.

Here’s why Hashimoto’s fatigue is different:

  • It’s physiological, not psychological. Your body is working against you due to an autoimmune attack on your thyroid.
  • It’s unrelenting. Unlike typical tiredness that improves with rest, Hashimoto’s fatigue often persists despite your best efforts.
  • It’s unpredictable. Some days you might feel fine, while others, even getting out of bed feels impossible.

The Science Behind Hashimoto’s Fatigue

Hashimoto’s fatigue is caused by several interconnected factors:

  1. Thyroid Hormone Imbalance
When your thyroid produces too little hormone (hypothyroidism), your body’s metabolic processes slow down, leading to fatigue.
  2. Inflammation
Autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s cause chronic inflammation, which drains energy and exacerbates symptoms.
  3. Nutritional Deficiencies
Common deficiencies in people with Hashimoto’s, such as vitamin D, B12, and iron, can contribute to fatigue.
  4. Adrenal Dysfunction
Chronic stress from managing Hashimoto’s can overwork your adrenal glands, leading to adrenal fatigue—a common companion to thyroid dysfunction.

How to Manage Hashimoto’s Fatigue

Managing Hashimoto’s fatigue requires a multifaceted approach. Here’s what’s worked for me and others:

1. Optimize Your Thyroid Hormone Levels

Work closely with your doctor to ensure your thyroid medication is tailored to your needs. Regular blood tests can help monitor TSH, T3, and T4 levels.

2. Address Nutritional Deficiencies

Supplement as needed with the guidance of a healthcare provider. Iron, vitamin D, selenium, and magnesium are particularly important for thyroid health.

3. Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Reduce inflammation by adopting a thyroid-friendly diet. Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods while avoiding gluten, soy, and processed sugars.

4. Rest Without Guilt

Listen to your body. Resting when you need to isn’t laziness—it’s self-care.

5. Gentle Movement

Engage in light exercises like yoga, walking, or stretching. Exercise can help combat fatigue without overexerting your body.

6. Stress Management

Chronic stress worsens Hashimoto’s symptoms. Incorporate mindfulness practices like meditation, journaling, or deep breathing into your routine.

My Hashimoto’s Journey: From Exhaustion to Empowerment

I’ve been where you are—dragging myself through days, wondering why I couldn’t keep up. Doctors dismissed my symptoms, blaming stress or suggesting I wasn’t trying hard enough. But I knew something was wrong.

After years of trial and error, I learned how to manage my Hashimoto’s and reclaim my energy. This journey inspired me to write books that guide others through their thyroid health journeys:

  • “Hashimoto’s Crock-Pot Recipes: How I Put My Hashimoto’s Into Remission”
Discover easy, thyroid-friendly recipes to reduce inflammation and support energy levels.
  • “Reset Your Thyroid: 21-Day Meal Plan to Reset Your Thyroid”
A practical guide to healing your thyroid with food and lifestyle changes.
  • “A Women’s Holistic Holy Grail Handbook for Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s”
Learn to manage symptoms, boost energy, and take control of your health naturally.

You can find these books on Amazon by searching for A.L. Childers.

Hashimoto’s Horror Stories: Let’s Talk About It

Hashimoto’s Isn’t Just a Diagnosis—It’s a Journey

Welcome to “Hashimoto’s Horror Stories,” where we dive into the real, raw, and often unbelievable experiences that come with navigating life with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. If you’ve been dismissed by doctors, blamed for your symptoms, or told “it’s all in your head,” you’re not alone—and it’s time we talk about it.

This isn’t just a blog; it’s an open invitation to explore the truths, triumphs, and trials of living with Hashimoto’s. As someone who has been through the wringer with this autoimmune condition, I’m here to share not only my personal stories but also to help you make sense of your own.

Why “Hashimoto’s Horror Stories” Matters

When I was first diagnosed, I felt lost. My body was betraying me, and no one seemed to have answers. Doctors minimized my symptoms, friends didn’t understand, and I often felt like I was navigating a nightmare on my own. But here’s the thing: we’re not alone, and our stories matter.

Hashimoto’s isn’t just about a malfunctioning thyroid—it’s about the emotional, mental, and physical toll it takes. From doctors who dismiss your concerns to the endless battle with brain fog and fatigue, the struggle is real.

On my upcoming podcast episode (get ready!), we’ll explore these stories—mine, yours, and the countless others that need to be told. Let’s create a space where we can laugh, cry, and, most importantly, learn from each other.

What’s Coming on the Podcast?

Here’s what you can expect from this hot-topic episode of my podcast:

1. Unbelievable Hashimoto’s Horror Stories

  • Dismissive Doctors: “Your labs look normal, so it must be stress.” Sound familiar?
  • Medication Mayhem: Stories of trial and error with thyroid meds that left us worse before they made us better.
  • Life on the Rollercoaster: Weight gain, hair loss, mood swings—oh my!

2. Real Solutions from Real Experiences

We’re not just venting—we’re sharing practical advice. I’ll dive into strategies that have worked for me and others in the community, including diet changes, stress management, and finding the right medical team.

3. Why Your Story Matters

One of the most powerful things we can do is share our experiences. On the podcast, I’ll be inviting listeners to submit their own Hashimoto’s horror stories for future episodes because together, we are stronger.

Is Your Thyroid Secretly Sabotaging Your Life?

What’s Really Going On?

Are you constantly tired, gaining weight without explanation, or struggling with brain fog and mood swings? Do you feel like you’re doing everything right but still not living your best life? If so, your thyroid might be the culprit.

I know this struggle all too well. As someone who has battled thyroid issues firsthand, I’ve not only walked this path—I’ve studied it, conquered it, and written about it to help others do the same. Let’s talk about how your thyroid could secretly be sabotaging your life, and more importantly, how you can take control.

What Is the Thyroid, and Why Does It Matter?

Your thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland in your neck that has a massive impact on your body. It controls your metabolism, energy levels, and even your mood. When it’s working properly, you don’t think twice about it. But when it’s out of balance—whether it’s hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, or hyperthyroidism—it can wreak havoc on your life.

Symptoms of thyroid dysfunction include:

  • Unexplained fatigue
  • Difficulty losing weight
  • Hair thinning or loss
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Brain fog and memory issues
  • Digestive problems

For many, these symptoms creep in slowly, making it hard to identify the root cause. Doctors might brush them off as stress or aging, but trust me: it’s not all in your head.

My Thyroid Journey: From Struggle to Healing

I’ve been where you are—exhausted, frustrated, and desperate for answers. For years, I dealt with symptoms that didn’t seem to connect. Doctors dismissed me, treatments didn’t work, and I felt like I was slowly losing control of my life.

But then, I took matters into my own hands. Through relentless research, trial and error, and a determination to heal, I learned how to manage my thyroid health naturally. I not only regained control over my life, but I also discovered my purpose: helping others navigate their thyroid journeys.

This journey inspired me to write books that combine science, personal experience, and actionable advice to empower people like you to reclaim their health.

Late-Night Revelations: Why Your Thyroid Deserves Its Own Fan Club

Welcome to the middle of the night, where sleep is optional, and scrolling through life-changing content is practically mandatory. If you’ve landed here, it’s either fate, insomnia, or your thyroid crying out for help. Whatever brought you, let’s talk about that tiny butterfly-shaped gland in your neck that’s quietly running the show—until it isn’t.

Your Thyroid: The Overlooked MVP

Your thyroid is like that one friend who does everything but never asks for credit. It keeps your metabolism humming, your energy steady, and even helps your hair and skin look fabulous. But what happens when you forget about it?

It doesn’t just send a polite text saying, “Hey, you’re not taking care of me.” Oh no, your thyroid goes full-on dramatic, like the star of a reality TV show. Suddenly, you’re exhausted, bloated, and crying over something ridiculous—like burnt toast. 🍞😭

It’s like your thyroid is yelling, “Pay attention to me!” And honestly, it deserves it.

Hashimoto’s: When Your Immune System Goes Rogue

Now, if you’ve got Hashimoto’s, things get even weirder. Imagine your immune system accidentally swiping left on your thyroid, thinking it’s the enemy. “Oh, we don’t need that gland? Let’s attack it!” What could possibly go wrong, right?

This autoimmune drama can leave you feeling like a stranger in your own body—foggy, fatigued, and constantly wondering if this is just how life is now. (Spoiler alert: it’s not.)

How I Became a Thyroid Whisperer

I’ve been there. Dragging myself through the day, blaming everything on “just getting older,” until I realized my thyroid was in a full-blown meltdown. So, I rolled up my sleeves, did the research, and learned how to take control.

From tweaking my diet to exploring holistic remedies, I figured out what worked for me—and I didn’t stop there. I wrote about it, so no one else would have to Google “why am I so tired all the time?” at 3 a.m.

Here’s where my books come in:

  • Hashimoto’s Crock-Pot Recipes: Added Bonus: How I Put My Hashimoto’s into Remission
  • Reset Your Thyroid: 21-Day Meal Plan to Reset Your Thyroid
  • A Women’s Holistic Holy Grail Handbook for Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s
  • Fresh and Fabulous Hypothyroidism Body Balance

They’re like a guidebook for taking your thyroid from hot mess to MVP.
